Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Ogliastra

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Sabrina hat sehr schnell geantwortet, hat uns geholfen und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr privat, auch wenn über einem noch andere wohnen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist sehr idyllisch. Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Leider mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen aber das hat auch keine Probleme dargestellt. Sabrina ist eine Top Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Notre séjour chez Lucia a été merveilleux. Nous avons été très bien reçus et l'appartement, à côté de la maison de Lucia est spacieux avec un grand jardin et des jeux pour enfants. C'était idéal pour notre bébé de 9 mois. Nous avons même pu faire des lessives et profiter de la générosité de Lucia qui nous a offert des petites commodities et de délicieuses fraises de son potager. Si vous voyager en famille, nous vous recommandons de vous arrêter chez Lucia pour quelques nuits. Les plages sont magnifiques et beaucoup moins fréquentées.

Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit Brigitte und Andrea waren so liebevoll und freundlich. Wir haben viele tolle Tipps bekommen und zu Ostern gab es sogar eine süße Überraschung. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt für die verschiedenen Ausflüge- gerade mit kleinen Kindern perfekt. Wir empfehlen dringend das sardische Essen zu buchen. Einfach nur lecker ! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank für alles

La casa è curatissima e chi ci ha accolto è stato fantastico sin dal primo contatto, fino al momento del check-out. Disponibilità, cortesia, cordialità. Per chi passa per Tuili (magari per un matrimonio nella vicina e prestigiosa location di Villa Asquer - 5 minuti a piedi - o per un weekend di tranquillità) consiglio vivamente di pernottare qui: la piscina è pulitissima, fantastica davvero. E tutta la struttura è ben arredata, curata, pulita e accogliente. Oltre che spaziosa (essendo due ampi piani). Consiglio solo una maggiore tempestività nelle comunicazioni via AirBnb, o, in alternativa, visto che la proprietaria non vive in loco, di lasciare un numero telefonico di un referente reperibile, per avere una maggiore velocità nelle comunicazioni (spesso fondamentale per l'organizzazione dei tempi e degli spostamenti in vista dei matrimoni, appunto, che spesso si tengono in paese). Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren beiden Jungs, 10 Monate und 5 Jahre, in Antonios Haus. Es ist simpel ausgestattet und eher klein, dafür verfügt es über einen großen privaten Außenbereich und die Treppe in die Bucht ist natürlich absolut spitze.

Een geweldig uitzicht op Tavolara in een authentieke woning om de oostkust van Sardinië met de auto te verkennen. Ver weg van de drukte, in een oase van rust, omgeven door de natuur en toch liggen de mooiste stranden op slechts enkele kilometers afstand. Annemarie en Cristian waren steeds attent, communicatie verliep zeer vlot en geven de juiste tips om een unieke ervaring te beleven.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich :) Es war sehr nett, dass Vanessa und Vittoria es möglich gemacht haben, dass wir, nach der langen Anfahrt, früher ins Haus konnten . Lieben Dank nochmal dafür :) Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet :) und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar. Wir haben es genossen, fernab vom Trubel die Abende auf der Terrasse zu verbringen. Durch die die Bäume und die Pflanzen im Garten herrscht ein angenehmes Klima am Haus. Der Ort ist perfekt für Ausflüge :) man kommt mit dem Auto gut an die schönsten Strände! Wir können das Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa jedem empfehlen!!!

Paolo war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns super herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

We enjoyed a splendid stay in this enchanted village where the people are generous and welcoming and where the pristine natural landscape is carefully preserved. Our accommodations were exactly as described and depicted. Our hosts were outstanding, friendly, helpful, honest, and generous. We enthusiastically recommend staying at this village for this who seek a Sardinian paradise.

Gute Lage der Unterkunft sehr zentral am oberen Teil der Stadt. Fußläufig kann man alles erreichen. Unterkunft ist in einer kleinen Gasse, daher gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer Fenster, erwartet also keine schöne Aussicht. Für einen kurzen Trip um die Stadt zu erkunden ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Längere Aufenthalte würde ich auf Grund der Lage und Fehlenden Fenster im Bad nicht empfehlen.

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Tage in dieser Unterkunft, die nicht einsam, aber dennoch sehr ruhig lag mit einem super Ausblick aufs Meer mit Sonne am Vormittag vorne und am Nachmittag hinten im kl. Garten. Tolle Lage am Berghang. Die Kommunikation mit Christian und Fabrizia war super nett😊💕 und Christians Mama hat uns nett auf Deutsch begrüßt! Sehr praktisch und gemütlich. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder machen👍Danke für alles!

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

Sehr schöne große und klimatisierte Unterkunft mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, super Lage und sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb in der Villa wohl gefühlt! Es gibt ausreichend viele Zimmer, einen schönen großen Wohnbereich, einen großen Essbereich, zwei kleine Balkone, eine Terasse und einen schönen Garten. Dieser wird mit der zweiten Wohnung geteilt. Über die Steine hat man einen direkten Zugang zu dem wunderbaren Meer und kann dort schön Schwimmen und Schnorcheln. Wir können Sie nur empfehlen 😊

Pasamos muy buen tiempo en Cerdeña. Nos encantó la ubicación de la casa, cerca de la playa pero también del monte. La casa está en una zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada, cerca de carreteras con las que se accede rapidamente a los otros pueblos. La terraza de la casa es maravillosa, perfecta para tomar un café por las mañanas con una maravillosa vista. Sergio fue siempre muy amable y respondio rapidamente a nuestras preguntas. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver y recomendar!

Wir waren zu acht in der Unterkunft - vier Erwachsene und vier Kleinkinder. wir fanden eine schöne und einfache Unterkunft. Ivo hat schnell und präzise auf Fragen reagiert und war zeitlich sehr flexibel - wir haben uns beim Check-in und Check-out etwas verspätet, was kein Problem war. Lieben Dank!

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Salvatore was lovely and helpful from start to end, the house was beautiful and tidy, outdoors were peaceful and looked exactly like the photos. Upon arrival, Salvatore gave us a detailed tour of the villa and made us feel at home. Lari, his colleague was very friendly and kind and Adriano, who maintains the pool and outdoor area was a delight to speak to, brought us fresh pastries and eggs every morning and gave us local recommendations. Overall, completely worth the price and would definitely stay again!

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer! Man ist ganz für sich und kann komplett entspannen! Alles ist wunderbar eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause! Man braucht natürlich ein Auto aber damit sind wunderschöne Strände in 10-15 Minuten erreicht- absolut empfehlenswert! Giovi&Nic haben sich rührend gekümmert und waren fast wie Freunde, die man noch nicht kannte. Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Our stay at Villa Biderrosa was perfect! The lake and the mountain views are simply breathtaking. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the small private beach by the lake is simply magical, and there is a beautiful beach close by. My family and I had a wonderful holiday, we only wish we could have stayed longer!
