High up on the hills of Lucca, Fattoria di Petrognano is a group of seventeenth century farm houses in quiet surroundings spread with vineyards and olive groves. The country estate dominates the village with its 400 acres of land, the traditional oil mill and the winery, where we produce, with organic methods, the precious extravirgin olive oil and D.O.C. Wine. The guests of Fattoria di Petrognano are settled in 2/3 bedroom apartments or rooms with B&B service, and can enjoy typical tuscan food in our cute restaurant. For those who love nature and countrylife, and like to take a walk in the woods.... for those who look up in the sky to see if they can spot a couple of buzzards in love.... for those who enjoy a glass of red wine and a piece of bread and oil while they watch the sun setting behind the hills...for those who like horses, who appreciate the the sound of the bells, the flowers, the fresh and running water from the spring....this is Fattoria di Petrognano!!!! Not far from our fattoria the village of Collodi and Pinocchio's park are only 5 km downhill, Lucca and its beautiful villas are within 15 km, and in less than one hour drive you can reach Pisa, the Tirrenian coast, the marbles of Carrara and the Apuan Alps, the Garfagnana region and the Tuscan Appennines, the baths of Montecatini. Finally, Florence is only one hour distance by train from Pescia. As you can see, we have everything. But no frills.

Our B&B is located a few minutes from the center of Montecatini Terme, a UNESCO heritage site, we are immersed in a centuries-old olive grove. You can relax and enjoy our garden, have an aperitif at sunset to the sound of crickets and cicadas. Your room is equipped with every comfort: wifi, air conditioning, kettle for water and coffee, herbal teas at your disposal. Bathroom linen is changed every 3 days. Comfortable double room in a typical Tuscan farmhouse. This is our wheelchair accessible room at ground floor features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We are in the middle of nature, but at the same time not far from population centers. For a supplement of €8 per person we offer an Italian breakfast with local products, served in summertime on our terrace. We also propose to join unique experiences such as wine tasting, Tuscan dinner+olive oil presentation and pasta cooking classes!

B&B Da Manils, Stanza Virgilio

The double bed with wooden slats and orthopedic mattresses measures 170 x 200 and allows for comfortable relaxation. The bathroom, cozy but functional, is equipped with essential amenities. At the window, a mat allows you to keep insects away and the room cooler. In the room there is a wardrobe and a dresser to store clothes and where guests can find blankets necessary for their rest, in case they need them. The small bathroom was obtained from the outbuilding.

La Casa di Agata Deluxe is a farmhouse nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a park with swimming pool, a perfect place to rest and enjoy nature, but also, thanks to its strategic location, a privileged base for a vacation in Tuscany. The B&B Orsobigio is located in the hills near Quarrata a small town close to Florence (just 20 minutes by car). It is a big house of the 70's restored and with a new beautiful look. We have thought a lot for make this place as comfortable as possible and we have chosen old first XXth century furniture.
