Alessandro was a great host. Really friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Also there was a really cute dog, that gave kisses every morning! The area is cute, quiet and local, and we were within walking distance from the wedding, we were going to. The price is really good for everything that you get from this place! A beautiful old house in the middle of a blooming landscape. An electronically controlled gate leads into the fragrant garden with a large carport. The room was on the upper floor with a view of the greenery. The thick walls provide pleasant coolness even on hot days. Our hostess was friendly, gave cool tips and was always approachable.

Wonderful time in Calamecca! Authentic experience in a small village with the friendliest locals. Fabrizio's house was perfect, it was clean, stylish, and cozy, it felt like entering a fairy-tale.

Nestled amongst olive groves overlooking the Tuscan countryside hosts Laura and Alessandro opened up their beautiful home to us for our 2-night stay. Their home provided ample space for privacy as well as moments that brought us together. Both Laura and Alessandro shared not only their loveley home with us, but their passion for the arts, travel, and especially the local culture. Our connection was genuine and set the tone for our entire stay. Their home's location allowed for ease and enjoyment of discovery and exploration of the villages and towns nearby like Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. It's a genuine pleasure to recommend this stay for those in search of a peaceful and restful stay filled with hospitable warmth and care for guests to feel at home.

Carlo and Lucia are consummate hosts and both were a pleasure. They made me feel comfortable and at home from the moment I arrived. It's a lovely place, so central and convenient, sunny, spotless, tastefully decorated, and with amenities you might not imagine, like an espresso or cappuccino whenever you might need one and fresh pastries. The place, the patio, and grounds provided the perfect peaceful and relaxing retreat on a hot summer day. Carlo was responsive, flexible, and made the experience a breeze. Would happily stay again.

We wanted to live a Tuscan countryside experience and that’s what we got. The pictures DO NOT make justice to the actual place, Alessandro’s house is a hidden gem, really well preserved 60s antiques I genuinely felt in a movie! Alessandro as a host was excellent, super nice and attentive, we had issues with our car rental and he waited until midnight for our check in, every morning he had cakes and croissants on the kitchen table for us and we genuinely felt at home. Be aware if you’re looking to spend a lot of time in Florence, it is far away, either you grab public transport which is limited in times or you rent car and there are tolls (2 euros) - I recommend this if you want to know Tuscany in general 100%

First of all the location is stunning. Alberto was really helpful in every aspect. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and quiet place.

we stayed from Tommaso from August 8 to 14. Apartment equipped with everything you need. The garden is very comfortable for us who have a dog. Excellent value for money. We will come back many many times giuseppe

We had a great stay here for a week! You couldn't ask for a better location... 5 min walk from the train station and right in the middle of all the beautiful things Montecatini has to offer. The Viareggio beach was 45 min by train, Lucca was about 25 min by train, and Florence was an easy hour away! The only negative was that we had a difficult time getting ahold of the host, but this didn't negatively affect our trip and when we did talk to him at check in, he was so kind!! He even brought us extra coffee I would absolutely stay here again! we had a wonderful stay!

Matteo's apartment is a favor, very nice, well-furnished, very clean. The host made us find a very welcome bottle of wine and other kindnesses for breakfast. Surrounded by greenery, it feels like you're in the middle of a forest... definitely recommended!!!

Great and kind welcome. Very comfortable apartment. Location that allows tranquility, to be in contact with nature and to be able to walk to some trails in the woods and easily and quite quickly by car all the major destinations of the surroundings. Enjoyable stay in summer and winter.

Greta was a very friendly and warm host. The room offered everything we were looking for. But the most important thing was the service provided by Greta and her family. Even when a problem arose that wasn't their fault, they went above and beyond to make our experience flawless. And they certainly succeeded. It was by far our best Airbnb experience to date. The view is beautiful during the day and the sixteenth century house is fun too.The bed is also comfortable to sleep in, and I will come again if I have a chance.

We were guests of Alessandra on the bridge of the first of November to relax, visit the neighboring villages, taste the local specialties and have fun in the city of Lucca in celebration. The location is really evocative, characteristic and surrounded by greenery. In fact, the house overlooks a beautiful garden with olive trees and many plants. A home that tells a story, paintings, objects, and family collections make the structure unique and special. The room is cozy, clean, with sheets, towels, TV and comfortable closet. The spacious bathroom, also very clean. The b&b was quite easy to reach and there is the possibility of leaving the car in the private parking lot of the property. Alessandra was very professional, very kind, never intrusive and at the same time always present for any need in the structure. For breakfast he made us delicious cakes and cookies and offered many other things! We'll definitely recommend the property! Kind regards, Nick and Ila

I have experienced Benedetta as a reserved, very attentive host who made my stay as pleasant as possible as a guest. She was very quick to respond to all my questions. The room was not big, but clean and quiet. I found the bed to be very very pleasant, the shower worked perfectly. I think this place is very suitable for motorists. As a train driver, I took the bus from the train station in Pistoia. The house has a beautiful garden, the beauty of which you only discover when you take your time. As a highlight, I found the opportunity to visit the bakery 'Dolche Forno' in the morning right on the other side of the street with a voucher, which opens very early in the morning and has delicious sweet things. She is busy, feels like half the village buys there. It consists of two shops, bread and sausage is sold in the front, in the back is the bar/cafe.

Fantastic location. Got a tour of the place and it looked like my 'Tuscan dream' to a tee. Friendly staff.

a magical bed and breakfast with a very Italian decor The host is lovely, very friendly, good advice. The accommodation is in a charming and very peaceful Tuscan village Well located for visits: Lucca, Florence; Siena, the sea, the village of Vinci, the beautiful walks in the forest!
