The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. The house of about 80 sqm is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall from which you can access the living room with fireplace and the kitchen. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. One room offers the possibility to turn the double bed into two single beds. Those interested must inform in advance. The house has a private garden. The house is equipped with everything you need. The house has no common areas with other guests except the parking lot.

Casale Il Bramito

The apartment is an independent part of the farmhouse, with a separate entrance and all the necessary amenities. It is located in a rural area, surrounded by woods and hills, and offers a relaxing atmosphere in contact with nature. The road to get there is a bit winding, but it's worth it! It is normal to encounter insects and other animals typical of the countryside. If you are allergic to any insects or are afraid of them, this may not be the right place for you. 6 km from the center of Pistoia

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
