Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Relax among the olive trees

Quiet, bright, surrounded by greenery, with a splendid view of the countryside. Built according to green building criteria, it is located in the hills at an altitude of 500 meters and a 15-minute drive from Pistoia. From the cottage, you can also walk to a nice public swimming pool that is open in summer and to the train station: you can also reach the town of Castagno by train! Upon your arrival, you will find some products from our farm, as well as coffee, milk, yogurt, and fresh bread. You can use the washing machine and Netflix TV.

Elsa's house

In the green countryside of Lucca, surrounded by a spacious garden, completely fenced, stands Elsa's house, a pleasantly renovated villa. You can enjoy the outdoor areas with the barbecue, a pleasant flower garden where you can relax and a modest outdoor pool where you can cool off. The house is located near places of tourist interest such as Lucca and Montecarlo, and a stone's throw from the A11, Florence is 35 minutes away, the famous Versilia is 40 minutes away, and the Via Francigena is 500 meters away.

Il Nido, a romantic house with a garden

Il Nido is a small house in the medieval castle of Lanciole, built during the 1300s. It was used to dry chestnuts and then produce flour. Today, it offers a full kitchen at the entrance, a double bed with a wardrobe and a view of the garden and the historic center on the first floor, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, sink, toilet, and bidet on the lower floor. From this floor you can access the garden, with a splendid view of the mountains and the medieval village. Free parking 50 meters away.

Rustic Tuscan house

Il cottage è situato sulle colline intorno a Montecatini Terme in posizione panoramica e soleggiata. La proprietà è circondata da due ettari di terreno agricolo, principalmente ricoperto da piante con olivi, a cui si accede facilmente dalla strada principale. Intorno alla casa gli ospiti hanno a loro disposizione un bel giardino, accuratamente mantenuto, con due resede coperte e munite di tavolo, sedie e barbecue per mangiare all’aperto. A lato della casa, c'è la piscina (mt 6,30x4,30 h 1,55).

In the green of the Tuscan countryside, 5 km from the center of Pistoia, characteristic rustic studio apartment, with beamed ceiling and fireplace, equipped with full kitchen, air conditioning, oven, coffee machine, small breakfast, exclusive garden with barbecue and street parking in few meters. Easily accessible by bus, from the center and from the railway station. At about 1 km there are Restaurants, Post Office, Pharmacy, Food, Bar, Newsstand, Distributor.

L’alloggio è un’intera casa vacanze disposta su due livelli, ideale per famiglie o piccoli gruppi.
