Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Province of Siena

We loved our stay. Pierre was so attentive and the place was immaculate. Plus the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

We had a wonderful stay with Anelida and Mauro. We had a beautiful view of Montecchiello and surrounding countryside from our window. The house is an authentic old country house with the apartment on a separate entrance. It’s surrounded by a lovely garden, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was a real highlight as was communicating with Anelida in my limited Italian. We would highly recommend! The central location in the Val D’Orcia meant that most villages were only a short drive away, especially Pienza, Montipulciano, San Quirico and Bagno Vignoni.

Our stay was absolutely lovely—I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The area was so peaceful and charming, a perfect escape. Antonella went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was kind enough to drive us into the village for lunch one afternoon since we didn’t have a car, which we really appreciated. The hospitality from her and the other ladies made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and experience authentic Tuscan warmth!

Il nostro soggiorno si è rivelato meglio di quanto ci saremmo potuti aspettare, Chiara si è dimostrata fin dall'inizio disponibile e attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze. La camera aveva una pulizia impeccabile e l'airbnb è immerso nella natura, circondato da mucche, cavalli, gatti e altri animali che contribuiscono a rendere ancora più rilassante il soggiorno nella campagna Toscana. La colazione è eccezionale: abbondante e con molti prodotti fatti in casa (la migliore marmellata di pera che abbiamo mai assaggiato!). Lo raccomandiamo a tutti e non appena avremo occasione di tornare in Toscana, saremo sicuri su dove soggiornare! Grazie mille ancora agli host per come ci hanno fatto sentire durante la nostra vacanza =)

Maddy's place was amazing, easy to find and well instructed. House was dreamy and exactly like in pictures. It is just 20 minutes away from Sienna and an hour from Montepluciano, Pienza and Montalcino (you can visit all them in one day). Sightseeing is just as in the movies, real Tuscany!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to travelers who appreciate charm and character. Olimpia and her son Stefano were fantastic hosts — warm, attentive, and helpful with every detail of our stay. The location is exceptional, set in a historical villa that feels like a small private museum. The homemade breakfast, with fresh pancakes and croissants, was a lovely and thoughtful touch. That said, the house is delicate and full of history — it’s not for everyone, especially if you’re looking for something ultra-modern or hands-off. But if you enjoy places with soul, this is a gem. What a fantastic b&b right outside the walls of San Gimignano. Francesca was an excellent host throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome from the start with great food and conversation. Her garden is the perfect oasis to sit with a wine and gaze at the countryside and the medieval town above. The space was so private and quiet but yet just a short walk from San Gim for an aperitivo and dinner after the crowds had left for the day. I would highly recommend some local adventuring on an e-bike with PF Bike just up the hill while staying at the b&b. Enjoy your stay!

Ottima posizione immerso nella Toscana, camere e aree comuni molto spaziose. Host carinissima e super gentile, sarei rimasto molto di più che una notte onestamente.

Herzliche Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns super wohl und auch unser Hund war überall herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist super schön und toll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, hatte ganz tolle Möbel und ein gemütliches Bett. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Ventilator gab es ebenfalls. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße. Mit geschlossenem Fenstern und Klimaanlage ist hier aber nichts von zu merken. Das Frühstück war super lecker. (Überwiegend süß) Kaffee mit warmer Milch gab es auch. Wurst kam aus eigener Fleischerei. (Ein Haus weiter) Großer Garten vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Chianti-Region, sowie zu wunderschönen Bergdörfern wie San Gimignano und Volterra. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war immer schnell, super nett und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

What a great spot to stay! Everything you need in an airbnb. The restaurant was great and had great food and we loved just relaxing by the pool! Tiny little town which we loved and it’s close to other towns if you needed to go out and grab anything.

Villa Baciolo was truly enchanting. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with fantastic bathrooms and a peaceful, serene atmosphere throughout the property. Sandra, her sister, and their entire family were incredibly kind and always available when needed. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a delight—fresh juice, local fruits, pastries, yogurt, and cereal. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks from the bar and dinner onsite while taking in the unforgettable view of San Gimignano’s medieval skyline. This place holds a special place in our hearts. My husband and I will never forget the warmth of the people—or their fluffy dog Ada! Highly recommend booking this gem.

Patricia è un host splendida. È stata estremamente disponibili nel fornirci le indicazioni per arrivare e aspettarci al nostro arrivo. Ha preparato una colazione veramente buona (solo per quella vale la pena soggiornare qui!) La camera era bellissima e in una zona altrettanto bella, anche la cucina in comune molto in ordine e pulita. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, torneremo sicuramente!

È stato magico stare insieme a michela e a suo marito, io e mia figlia siamo state coccolate come delle principesse. Il posto è bellissimo si è immersi nella quiete e circondati da tanti pelosetti con cui alice si è divertita Gastone, Mirtilla, Ginger e pagnotta sono stati anche loro a loro modo degli host fantastici. I’ve traveled extensively, stayed at Ritz Carlton’s…this family owned wine farm has by far, the most attention to every detail. Love and a great deal of work (they renovated and built every item themselves). From the interior design to the homemade breakfast, everything from the farm to the sincerity of their hospitality and treated me like family…even more so. I’ve fallen in love with the location and the family and hope to return many times. The location is very convenient as well to drive all throughout Tuscany. I cried when I left the entire 20 minutes to drop off my car and most of the train ride to Rome as it touched my heart so deeply.

Chez Marina est le Bed and breakfast le plus chaleureux! La chambre est très charmante et bien équipée. L’ambiance et la vue sont très reposantes.

Sembra di essere in una favola, completamente immerso nella natura il cosolare di Rita e Andrea è davvero un posto incantevole dove soggiornare. La suite Roverella è arredata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio. La loro accoglienza, poi, ti fa sentire coccolati e la colazione è davvero superlativa! Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

Splendida esperienza, Alessandra è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nell’accogliere le nostre richieste. Alloggi splendidi e curati in ogni dettaglio immersi in un piccolo paradiso dove il relax regna sovrano. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per un’altra giro in bici tra le colline senesi.

Cara Maria, Grazie mille! We had a wonderful time. Maria is so very kind and her Tuscan home is a dream. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and relax - this is it. It’s also very well situated. Just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino (excellent food) and Cortona (stunning views). We also took the train from Castiglion Fiorentino to Firenze and spent a whole day there. You do need a car though. Generally just a really good vacation that we can absolutely recommend. Leaving made us really sad. We look very much forward to visiting again.

Gaia and Nicolo were so kind and gave us a very warm welcome. We really enjoyed their delicious dinner and relaxing in their beautiful quiet garden with a stunning view over the Tuscany landscape. The room and bathroom were impeccable. We definitely recommend to stay there!

Esperienza ottima. La stanza veramente graziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario e soprattutto... pulitissima. Rosy è stata un host eccezionale e ha fornito indicazioni precise sulle regole della casa e sulla sua posizione. La struttura è appena fuori dal centro storico di Arezzo ed in posizione strategica per visitare Firenze e Siena. super consigliata.
