Wonderful holiday in the Chianti

Our place is a 1700 furnace with a large biological swimming pool of 7,5 by15 mt with a diving board, 6 km from Siena. In our guesthouse we rent the studio apartment on the first floor:kitchenette,double bed, bathroom,shower,independent entrance to the solarium where you find sun beds and umbrella and tables for eat on the pool.It is shared with the other guests, up to11 people We host children up twelve years old. Pets are not allowed. I organize cooking lessons and traditional tuscan dinners

In addition, the flat is surrounded by a large garden on three levels, full of picturesque corners where one can relax and immerse oneself in tranquillity.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. La casina in Via Fiorita

Rilassati in questo luogo tranquillo in posizione centrale. Uno spazio riservato e confortevole raggiungibile a 50 metri da Porta di Bacco, uno degli ingressi principali di Montepulciano. L'accesso al centro storico è chiuso alla normale viabilità ma a 200 m si trova un parcheggio a pagamento ed a circa 400 m si trovano due parcheggi gratuiti.

Tuscan charm in historical center

This little gem is located in the beautiful setting of the Tuscan hills, in the center of the medioeval village of Castiglion Fiorentino (Arezzo). The house is a typical "Mansarda", wonderfully furnished with original antique pieces that belonged to my grandparents and have been in the family for generations.
