In the enchanting setting of the Venetian Lagoon, near the beach of Caorle-Brussa, immersed in a natural park with cycle path, is the exclusive "Casone Maranghetto", with ancient features with marsh reed structure but equipped with all the comforts of modern times. Your holiday days can be enlivened, in addition to the presence of unspoilt nature, by the possibility of excursions to the lagoon/sea with boat rental, 5-seater canoe and bicycles. The proposals that will be presented to you are many: from the cycling nature trails, from the sport fishing on the waters rich in cephals, sea bass eels etc., goldsi pure relaxation, taking advantage of the fenced garden (perfect for your eventual animals) and planted with orchards or cooling off on the terrace suspended on the lagoon where you can moor your eventual boat for free. Casone Maranghetto has an outdoor area equipped with a table to give the opportunity to eat outdoors and thus appreciate the "noise" of silence. We are there to point out typical restaurants/trattorias in the area, reachable by car or bicycle or along the river with a dinghy. Otherwise you can use the barbecue, at your disposal on the edge of the garden, to cook excellent grilled meat or fish.

Mini house in mini-golf.

The house is small but the shower and bed are large. Inside, you will find a double bed, a refrigerator, an electric moka coffee pot, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a sink, and an integrated toilet-bidet unit. The address is Via delle Betulle Valbruna, within the Valbruna mini-golf complex. You can park on the street . In winter, if you arrive late, let me know so we can turn up the heating first. The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per day, payable in cash.
