The house is located about 80 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro-Grado-Bibione-Ronchi dei Legionari. For the winter period, the ski areas are Zoncolan and Sella Nevea at 40 km, Tarvisio 50 km

Pretty little house at the foot of Mount Canin

Welcome to Stolvizza in the heart of the Resia Valley at the foot of Mount Canin. An accommodation that is part of the old farmhouse, renovated. The house is arranged on two levels, living room-kitchen below and the bedroom with a comfortable double bed on the first floor. The staircase leading to the first floor is external. The bathroom is located under the staircase with the entrance from the outside. For this reason, it is not suitable for small children. Pets are welcome! Parking is under the house.

Air conditioning (on both floors), television, washing machine, dishwasher, entrance with patio equipped with table, chairs, sunshade and barbecue fireplace. Parking covered by a canopy inside the garden.

This is a semi-detached house with large garden under the pine-wood. It is quiet and suitable for families with children but we also welcome small pets. The beach is reachable within a five minutes walk or by a even shorter bike ride (there are four bikes available). Close to the centre with shops and many nice restaurants handy. From Lignano you can visit Aquileia, Palmanova, Trieste and there is also a boat connection to Venice. We speak English and Italian.

Cozy house, just renovated, located in the historic and quiet neighborhood of Panzano. A short distance away: the shipyard, the Sanctuary of the Marcelliana, parks and Marine. The cycle paths offer the possibility to make trips and trips in peace and two bicycles are at your disposal. A few minutes away from the beach and the city center. La casa dispone di giardino totalmente recintato, parcheggio privato e Wi Fi.
