The "Small Pleasures" chalet is part of a small village of three chalets and a restaurant immersed in one of the most enchanting and evocative landscapes of the Julian Alps. The chalet is immersed in greenery, surrounded by meadows and woods, in front of the magnificent peaks of the Julian Alps. At the disposal of our guests there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere, cared for in every detail and designed to give moments of pleasure and relaxation and a holiday that remains in the heart.

Casa Pramosio

Casa Pramosio is a recently renovated historic residence in Passo Pramosio, in the Carnic Alps, at an altitude of 1600 meters, with a unique view of nearby mountains and valleys. On the ground floor there is a large open space living room and a kitchen. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms (two with double beds and two with single beds) each with its own private bathroom. On the second floor there is an attic with gym and living area/children in open space. Ample parking.

Alpi Giulie Chalet Resort - Chalet "Il Nido"

"Il Nido" is a romantic chalet, located in one of the most enchanting landscapes of the Julian Alps and part of a small village of three cabins and a restaurant called "Alpes Giulie Chalet Resort". The warm and cozy chalet features an intimate mezzanine room with a double bed, a large living area with a glass wall overlooking the Julian Alps. A beautiful wood stove with an exposed fire and attention to detail lend the atmosphere of the real alpine cabin.

The sufitä room is located in Dosoledo and overlooks the mountain. The 30 m² room consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated work space for the home office, a shared kitchen, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This room has a private balcony ideal for relaxing evenings.

The chalet, called "Ancient Atmospheres" is part of a small village of three cabins called Alpes Giulie Chalet Resort and a restaurant, "La Baita dei Sapori". It is immersed in one of the most spectacular landscapes of the Julian Alps, surrounded by the meadows of the small town of Valbruna and surrounded by woods. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind, as well as the ideal starting point to enjoy the countless attractions of Tarvisian.

House with a view of the mountains

Located in the enchanting plain of Fusine, near the lakes, a few kilometers from Tarvisio and the border with Slovenia and Austria, it is a comfortable wooden house with exposed beams, equipped with everything you need, near the Alpe Adria bike path, ideal for cycling, hiking, cross-country skiing and descent. The natural environment is particularly pleasant (you often see roe deer and other small animals the outside of the house!).

Paradise for nature lovers

No neighbors. First house from the source of the Cornappo stream with private access, through some steps, to a beautiful pond where you can dip after having the sauna that is located outdoors in the beautiful garden with breathtaking views of Gran Monte. Free use of wood or gas grills located outside. Ideal location for beautiful hiking or biking. There's also a multipurpose gym to practice watching the water flowing.

The house is completely autonomous from an energy standpoint. Electricity, sufficient to power utilities, is guaranteed by solar panels but only when the day is sunny. The refrigerator is gas, water for hygienic-food uses is recycled from the roof while drinking water is served by a reserve brought on site. The heating is provided by two powerful wood burning stoves and the whole property is completely isolated.
