Beachfront holiday rentals in Province of Udine

Very friendly guys who were very eager. The place was very comfortable. The location is great, very quiet, close to the restaurants/shops. The beach is just down the street (maybe 3 minutes' walk). Highly recommended, especially with children!

We have been going back to Grado for 10 years, this stay exceeded our expectations. It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, right across from our favorite restaurant (Il Panino) in the city center. Marina responded in a very short time, and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax. Parking is difficult, but this is a feature of Grado. We will definitely be returning guests, we recommend Marina&Dario's apartment.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Grado has shown its best side. Our holidays have been enriched by a lot of sunshine. The apartment is very centrally located, everything is within walking distance, such as restaurants, shopping, beach. Two bicycles are also available. We liked it very much and we will definitely come back to Ondrej.

We found the apartment clean and in a perfect location, very quiet building, safe neighborhood. Romano and his daughters are very supportive, responsive and friendly....a great appreciation, I would book the accommodation again at any time

The apartment if Juri is fantastic! right in the heart of Grado, on a very beautiful stone house with a very cute garden and the apartment eas exactly what I was lookinh for my stay! Juri is incredibly friendly, very responsive and overall a great host. Thanks for the stay Juri! I'll definitely recommend it 😊

The location of the apartment is unique. The two balconies have a beautiful view of the sea, you can hear and smell it all the time. There is a small balcony on the upper floor towards the city, from which you can see the Duomo and Anzolo (when the scaffolding is gone again). The apartment was clean but there were a few small things that bothered me. The bedding was with polyester which was very uncomfortable. Since I was alone, I took the cover of the blanket from the other bed, which was made of pure cotton. The towels did not vacuum properly but only blurred. The kitchen is well equipped but some things were dirty. There was even a dried noodle on the bottom of the baking sheet and it was greasy as a whole, the lemon press was also glued. I didn't use these things and washed everything I used (pots, parmesan grate) before (and after ;)). The apartment is still highly recommended!!!

Very nice, quiet area, everything you need in the apartment was available, spacious, close to the sea and very nice, helpful hostess.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Monika's place is still beautiful and relaxing! As in the previous year, it was wonderful to hear the gentle sound of the sea - without any disturbing noises. The location is perfect: quiet and idyllic right by the apartment, and at the same time you are in the middle of the pedestrian zone with many nice bars and shops in just 2 minutes' walk - there is something for every taste! It is particularly practical that there is now even a private parking space - this makes the journey and the daily commute even more relaxed. Monika was as always very warm, helpful and answered all questions quickly. We felt completely comfortable again and will definitely come back! :)

Both Maristella and the owner were very helpful and immediately ready to satisfy our requests. The apartment is spacious and bright and has a large terrace, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. There are numerous parking spaces in the private parking lot at the property. The location is ideal, 3 minutes from the beach and a few minutes on foot from the center. The pool area is also very beautiful and well-kept, ideal for our little ones. We would definitely come back

La Luna Dell Montagne is a beautifully converted cottage in a secluded location by a river - simply stunning. Excellent kitchen, living space and bedrooms along with amazing bathroom. Tarviso is surrounded by awesome mountains & has access to great walks & cross country skiing. Nature is at the door - literally with the Deer and the river running by outside. Marina is a fantastic host. Arranged to meet us on arrival and explain the house to us. Also arranged for patisserie deliveries as a surprise :) She has created a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed in the house

We had a great stay at Vanni's. The apartment is very central. Restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The beach is about 500m - 5 min on foot. The area is a bit busier on weekends, but not too loud. Air conditioning is provided. The kitchen is well equipped. However, there is no dishwasher. A big advantage is the private parking space. Communication with Vanni was very good and straightforward.

I stayed in this apartment on Airbnb and it was amazing! It's very close to the sea and has a large terrace with stunning views. The apartment is clean and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing beach vacation!

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

Great place to stay, lots of places, and a huge patio. We were 2 adults and 2 children, the hosts prepared a dining stool for us, a reduction in the toilet and a crib. The hosts responded quickly and smoothly, and gave us recommendations for trips in the area. The location is TOP NOTCH and we didn't miss anything, we didn't stay as nice as Rita, I really highly recommend it! We'd love to come back :)

Everything worked smoothly. The accommodation is close to the center and close to the beach. In the evenings, you can hear the hustle and bustle from the surrounding restaurants with the windows open, but the windows close tightly so that you are not disturbed when sleeping. Free parking in front of the house. Communication with the host was excellent, she was always quick to reach and responded to all inquiries immediately. Thanks!

We stayed there for 4 nights. Check-in and check-out very straightforward. The view from the balcony is a dream. The apartment itself is a bit outdated, but the price for an apartment in this location in Grado is relatively cheap. We enjoyed the time very much! Finding a parking space was a bit tedious - but that's basically the case in Grado.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and very cozy. You have a sensational view from Trieste to Grado. Uncomplicated personal and friendly check-in. Antonio was always available and is a wonderful host. The apartment is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable.
