Super convenient location: free parking in front of the house and charging station for the electric car less than 100 meters away; a few steps away are restaurants and supermarkets, playground and tennis courts; the bus stop is very close and the bike path passes right in front; a few steps and you reach the ferry boarding. Part of the patio is reserved, and you can use the gas barbecue on request. The apartment DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN but is equipped to prepare meals with maximum comfort.

Villa Parva - Seeblick

Enjoy the sunny views of Lake Maggiore  – in this quiet, stylish apartment. The apartment is located on a slight hillside just above and thus offers a beautiful view of the lake. Walking distance in 12 minutes to the lake and beach. Our guests have at their disposal a private terrace with dining area, sunbeds and parasol in front of the apartment. There is also a covered bicycle shelter (four spaces, to the right behind the house) and one (1) free parking space for a car.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
