super convenient location: free parking in front of the house and charging station for the electric car less than 100 meters away; restaurants and supermarkets, playground and tennis courts; the bus stop is very close and the bike path passes right in front; a few steps and reach the ferry boarding. A part of the patio is reserved, and you can use the gas barbecue upon request. The apartment DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN but is equipped to prepare meals with the utmost comfort.

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs apartment IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
