Tyrolean house (large apartment with pine parlor)

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

Maierhof 341

The holiday home Maierhof 341 is located in See and impresses guests with its breathtaking view of the mountains. The three-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for up to 8 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workstation for home office, a smart TV, washing machine & tumble dryer as well as children's books and toys.

The almost 100-year-old farmhouse is located at 1200 m above sea level and has a beautiful view of the mountain landscape of the area. The house is mostly in its original condition, but without having to sacrifice any comfort. Electric stove, oven, dishwasher, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV with Magenta TV and Fire TV Stick is all available. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet after the many cultural and sporting activities that our area has to offer.

In our large 180 m2 chalet, you have 2 flats just for you: ideal for 2 families or a group of friends! You'll enjoy an impressive south-facing view of the mountains. It is located in the heart of the Lechtal Nature Park, in the small hamlet of Pfafflar, at an altitude of 1600 m, which is inhabited only in summer. Away from the road leading to the Hahntennjoch pass, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, and relax and hike right from your doorstep!

The charming house offers plenty of space, is spacious, cozy, warm and clean, is located in the middle of the Alps and is an ideal starting point for many activities such as skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, city tours... A huge well-kept garden with horizontal bars, swing and slackline make the stay a pure nature experience! Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.
