Maria welcomed us very warmly and gave many recommendations. The apartment was super equipped, especially the kitchen. However, the trails areas in Seefeld are a good 30 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay at this gem. The property is right on the slopes, which is ideal for skiing and skiing. The practical ski room and parking in front of the house. Our nice hostess served us freshly baked apple strudel – tasted like it was with Oma! The feel-good atmosphere, characterized by natural materials such as wood and stone, is authentic and luxurious at the same time. We enjoyed the sunset in the lovingly designed relaxation room. A real highlight was the unique and authentic outdoor wellness experience in the hot pot. In addition, we were able to cook outdoors as there was a grill and a fire bowl. Indoor spa area offers a tranquil vibe that feels like a private spa experience. The regional food, the freshly baked organic bread and the meat for grilling were just great. ALPENU - We will definitely be back soon! It was a dream vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very nice and super clean, the same applies to the complex. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We have been recommended great hiking routes that we would not have found on our own. We'll be back!

Peony was the perfect, peaceful base for our Götzens Tai Chi School winter training for me, and for Grant to teach himself snowboarding on local slopes! All the information Georg left was up to date and helpful, and he he was also helpful and responsive with specific queries and tips in person. The apartment is beautifully light, warm and comfortable (bed was perfect) with many delightful style features. Would definitely book with Georg again. Thank you for a perfect stay, Georg!

Andrea and Ernst were truly exceptional hosts. They far exceeded what anyone could reasonably expect. While traveling alone in Austria, I became seriously ill and ended up bedridden for two weeks in my Airbnb room. Andrea and especially Ernst (who speaks English much better) immediately stepped in with incredible kindness and care. They treated me like family, driving me to and from the hospital, picking up groceries, and even preparing meals for me. They regularly checked in to make sure I was okay, never once making me feel like a burden. Being sick and alone in a foreign country could have been a frightening experience, but thanks to their generosity and compassion, I felt supported and safe throughout. I will always be grateful for the way they cared for me in such a difficult time. These are truly exceptional human beings and incredible hosts.

We had a wonderful week in the mountains. Far away from all the hustle and bustle, just nature and us! Wonderful! The chalet was really nice, we had plenty of space, the decor is very tasteful and the peace in the evening on the terrace including a magnificent view we would love to take with us 😃

Beautiful and spacious chalet in the middle of Scuol, the rooms are large, the 5 beds very comfortable. This wooden chalet is subtly renovated, it feels like home! Everything is within walking distance (thermal baths, train station, shops, restaurants, hikes, etc.). The welcome is adorable and very responsive, we will be back!!

I just returned from an incredible stay at the stunning chalet Alp11 in heart of Garmisch, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern and stylish design. Everything felt fresh, clean, and meticulously maintained. The location was absolutely ideal. Being right in the downtown area meant we were just a short, pleasant walk away from everything! We easily explored the charming shops, enjoyed meals at local restaurants, and even hopped on the train at the nearby station for day trips. It truly couldn't have been more convenient. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable, and perfectly located base for exploring the beauty of Bavaria, look no further. This Airbnb is a true gem, and we can't wait to return! Very good apartment, furnished with a lot of care and care. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. On the contrary, very generously equipped. Quietly located in a beautiful area. Overall, this place is highly recommended.

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.
