Jan and Cami were very nice to deal with. Their condo is in an amazing location. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Very well organized space. It was clean and inviting.

Lovely place, spectacular views, quiet and private feeling. We had a fabulous time, great location, walkable to down town and a short drive to many delightful places. Highly recommend!

Easy check-in, clean, and the pictures are accurate. Has a beautiful view on the lanai. The only downside is that it's not walkable to downtown Kona but there are some food trucks and other places pretty close. Overall, it was a great stay.

Amy's place was just the perfect condo for us. It had a great unobstructed view the ocean. and the sounds of the ocean along with the evening breeze wafting through the unit at night was heavenly. Having breakfast on the lanai was a treat each morning of our stay. Very private end unit on the second floor assured privacy with no one being able to look in or walk by. Quiet and away from the bustle of the tourist district. (except for one noisy Coqui frog in the bushes nearby). I chased it away enough to get it to stop for the evenings. A nearby market and Ali'i Gardens Marketplace with cool friendly people (plus great fish tacos!) is just a short walk away. Amy was attentive and provided good tips for our visit which was a great help. Will definitely visit again!

place was beautiful! spacious and very well kept. location was great just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the strip down the road. host was responsive and helpful!

Thank you for a Beautiful condo and experience! The view is Awesome! The Complex is a great placement for a mixture of sandy beaches, tide pools, and surf. The condo has great placement in the complex for accessibility to elevator, pool and amenities. Stephanie’s condo will make you feel right at home with housewares, extra beach accessories, A great welcome and suggestion book for the island and overall organized, tidy surroundings! This place was awesome! Such beautiful views of the ocean, comfortable seating on lanai and full stocked kitchen. Seems they thought of everything from an ice chest to beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and even sun hats. Easy walk to town for dinner and light shopping. We had a small problem of no electricity when we arrived. I called William and he was there to fix it within 5 minutes. I would love to come back and stay another time😃

The place was awesome, and Parnaz was super easy to work with and super responsive. She made us feel special. I'd definitely stay there again.

This was an amazing location. Walk to the beach across the road , 5 minute drive to restaurants, easy access to main highway. All around great place! I would recommend it to anyone who asked! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

We recently stayed at Janet apartment in the Makai Condominiums for the Ironman in Kailua-Kona, and it was fantastic! The location was absolutely perfect for the event, making all our logistics smooth and convenient. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, creating a relaxing atmosphere that was ideal in the lead-up to the race. One of our favorite aspects was the shared amenities – the swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding, and the sunsets from there were simply breathtaking. Watching the sky turn vibrant colors over the water made every evening memorable. Overall, it was an excellent stay that contributed so much to our Ironman experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place in Kailua-Kona!

Annette is an amazing host! Beautiful condo with comfortable character. Huge lanai! Right in front of pool, with ocean behind that. Assigned parking space close to unit. I’m mobility impaired and require a cane. 5 steps into the unit then level. Walk in shower with small ledge. 2+ butt kitchen nicely appointed. Basics are there. Spices etc. They have beach items and chests. Thoughtful welcome basket with wine and Hawaiian snacks. Maps and list of places to go or eat. We are well people and the Brita was very welcome. Thoughtful touches were everywhere! Towels, sunscreen, etc. second bedroom has option of King or 2 twins. Annette had it set for our boys. We immediately settled in for our 12 day stay! I spent a lot of time in the pool between excursions. It was clean and well tended. Nice neighbors! Pool is 8am-8pm. This is a quiet chill place. If you’re looking for loud and crazy, it’s not for you. If you want relaxing amazing place with friends & family, this is the spot! Mahalo!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Kona! The location couldn’t be better — you’re just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the oceanfront. Waking up to views of the ocean and the pool from the balcony was such a treat every morning. Inside, the condo is packed with everything you could possibly need for a long stay — and then some. From a well-stocked kitchen to beach gear and thoughtful extras, it’s clear the hosts have thought of everything. The many ceiling fans throughout the space kept things perfectly cool and breezy, making it easy to relax and sleep comfortably every night. Honestly, there’s so much more we loved — probably even a few things we’ve already forgotten because there were just that many great touches. And let’s not forget… you’re in Hawaii! Between the comfort of the condo, the perfect location, and the beauty all around, it’s hard to imagine a better place!

perfect location adorable clean condo with everything you need. magic sand beach is beautiful, good for Boogie boarding or snorkeling. we saw a giant sea turtle out at the beach. we love to the kitchen in the condo. we went to the grocery and prepared our meals in the condo, that saved us lots of money this vacation.

Really nice stay at White Sands Village. It is across the street from a public sandy beach, and about 1.3. miles from a top notch snorkel beach. The condo is simple and clean, with a fabulous lanai. The only walkable restaurant was closed for renovations, but you're only 15ish minutes from central Kailua-Kona with a ton of options. Hit up the taco food truck about 2 miles north - they were excellent. We used the pool and the "loaner" beach equipment quite a bit. Everything was easy for the rental and entry process.
