Le studio coloré est situé au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison datant du 19e siècle, avec une entrée indépendante. Le studio donne directement sur le jardin partagé dont vous pourrez profiter. Il y a des tables pour manger dehors à l'ombre des palmiers. Le studio est très calme, sans vis à vis. Pour y accéder, lisez bien le guide d'arrivée ;=) Vous êtes en charge du ménage.. ou vous avez la possibilité de choisir le forfait ménage avec un supplément de 20 €, à demander lors de la réservation.

Welcome to the heart of the village of Nozay in the Loire-Atlantique . We welcome you to a fully renovated accommodation that is located in an annex independent of our dwelling, garden side. So you will be completely self-sufficient for your comings and goings. Outside, parking is free. The village is dynamic and has many shops and restaurants. Please note that we are church square, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

Rental house of 45m2, 2 rooms with garden for 4 people. Access and almost private garden. This cottage in a stone farmhouse is adjoining and independent of our main home. There is one bedroom with 1 double bed on the ground floor and the other bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds. The space has been refurbished this year.
