Here you have sun from morning to evening, and it is a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Anfistranden and restaurants. The pool is common for the residential area and is approx. 100 m. away from the home, where there is also a shop and café. There are 4 large bedrooms with double beds, and one of the bedrooms is a studio with private bathroom and fridge. Free parking available. Air conditioning in all rooms.

This exclusive 2-storey villa is idyllically located in the upper part of the Tauro Valley with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Tauro Golf Course, right by the famous Amadores Beach. Both floors have well-equipped kitchens. The living room on the main floor is decorated with Italian furniture and with large windows and sliding doors to the garden and swimming pool. The villa has a 40 m2 swimming pool with a large sun terrace covered with anti-slip tiles. The registration number for our house is 2017/1325

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.
