This apartment is in the heart of the historic center of the beautiful city of Lucca, between the Guinigi Tower, symbol of the city, and Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, a true icon of Roman Lucca. Via Fillungo, the shopping street, is less than 300 meters away This is not just an apartment for tourists: this is my home, and I make it available to you, hoping that you can, even through it, love Lucca at least as much as I love it. Guests will have the entire house at their disposal, but we live right next door, in another house. If you need help, you can knock at any time and you will probably have an answer to your request. We'll always try to help you. You will decide, if you need us we will be at your disposal to try to make your vacation a great experience. If you want, we will offer you exclusive evenings, but this will probably be a surprise... try asking! The neighborhood is very central, here you can find both attractions for tourists and shops and clubs commonly used by residents. Via Fillungo, the main street of Lucca is very close and within walking distance. Lucca is a very easy city to live in, the ideal way to get around is by bicycle. If you want, we can get them for you for a small fee. The apartment is equipped with standard equipment, but you can still request special accessories if you need them. For example, we can provide baby accessories such as a crib or bottle warmer. We can also provide some DVDs and games for children.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. Responsive and accurate host, traveling by motorcycle also allowed us to park near the room. Very quiet environment, equipped with all comforts. Great to totally relax. We also enjoyed the “shared” notebook with other guests' experiences with testimonials/thoughts.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Shopping and some places worth seeing are easily accessible from the house by car. It is quiet and excellently equipped. In addition, very well maintained! We were able to park our car right by the house, perfect! We also had very nice and quick contact with Giulia. Would highly recommend 👌🏻😊

Fredrico and Linda were the best people who made me feel right at home. I met some amazing people during my stay of 3 nights. Fredrico and Linda even took us for a drive and pizza up the hills in their amazing van. We heard songs and spoke and laughed and had the best time. Their garden is so so chill and there's a table tennis table too where you can play. I even took a dip in their pond which was super clean. It's the experience that stood out and i am so grateful to have come here. Special mention to Greta ( she is such a nice person and beautiful)

I really liked the welcome from Marta but also from her family, who were very friendly and respectful of my comings and goings. Very large room, well organized and very clean, as is the bathroom. In addition, as I had my bike, I went for a walk in the paths next door and visited Lucques (4km), it is the advantage of Marta's house which is really well located. I hope to return because this place is pleasant for its tranquility and proximity to Lucca, Pisa, Pontedera (Piaggio museum). Another point, the decoration of the house.
