Beachfront holiday rentals in Punat

Our stay with Andrej and Antonia was great - we would have liked to have stayed longer. Both are very good hosts, we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The place looked 1:1 like in the photos, was very clean and you can see how much time and effort the two are investing so that everything is well maintained and their guests feel at home. Throughout our entire stay, both have repeatedly inquired about our well-being and made great recommendations for the area. We recommend a stay with Andrej and Antonia to anyone traveling to Rab:)

Hana's flat has one of the best panorama in the town. It is also very well equipped and the air condition is 5 star. Big and very comfortable bed. Hana is a very nice host, very responsive and helpful. The only thing we missed was a freezer for the ice but that is just a minor thing.

Sylvie is very nice, always willing to help. We didn't miss anything. We also had our dog with us, it was no problem and we all felt as at home :). We would definitely like to come back here sometime. Thank you very much Sylvie and family, I highly reccomend this place to stay at Rab 😉

My husband and I just spent 18 days in this great place. Everything was wonderfully clean, the view from the terrace to the sea just great. Petra's parents also live in the house and are totally lovely people. They were very attentive. We got new linens and towels after a week. We were able to lock the terrace because we had two dogs with us. We felt very comfortable and at home. Thanks again at this point. We highly recommend it.

Sanja is a great host! The information she gave was very accurate. Easy check-in. Easy check-out. We aligned everything by Whats-App. She enabled us to have a flexible check-in. We stayed for 4 days. When we talked about possible sights and beaches, she proactively offered to send lot's of information on beaches, hikes and restaurants. Very forthcoming! The apartment was very clean. Maybe a bit small, but clean, nice modern interior. Definitely worth the money! Even though the apartment is central and some restaurants are near, we did not have issues sleeping. Great experience! Looking forward to the next time 😃

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located with a supermarket right around the corner and the See just a little further. From the balcony on the upper floor we even had a lovely sea view. Sanja was very friendly and welcoming. A great experience overall!

We felt very comfortable in the Villa Sara. The location as well as the house were as described and easily accessible. Damir gave us some tips on restaurants, beaches and activities. We will be happy to come back!

The place in Brzac is great, as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Dominik was always available for questions. The location is easily accessible, but there is not much going on in Brzac itself. Two taverns are within walking distance, in about 20 minutes (1.3 km). The path to the swimming area is quite arduous - but it's worth it. We had a great vacation and would like to take this opportunity to thank our host again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bernard’s apartment! The space was beautiful and thoughtfully arranged, and the outdoor area felt like a dream - peaceful, private, and perfect for our family while traveling. Bernard greeted us with helpful information, offered great local recommendations (including a fantastic boat excursion!), and was quick to respond anytime we had a question. We felt truly welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very nice place to stay and Lenie and Zoran are very nice hosts. The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. The pool is huge and beautiful. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice vacation at Villa Delfin. The location is great and quiet. There is a great pool and private access to the sea. The villa, the property and our apartment (Yellow) are in a very well-maintained condition. Sani is a very helpful, friendly and pleasant hostess. The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! Apartment located in a strategic position. Great pool always clean. Francois and Monika are great hosts ready to give all the information and advice. Small downside but not serious cleanliness not optimal but overall it is there. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay, everything was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect, communication with Ines was straightforward and friendly. She gave us helpful recommendations for the area. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime:)

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Airbnb apartment and I can only report positives! The hostess was extremely nice and accommodating, she welcomed us warmly and was always available to us with helpful tips. The location of the apartment is just perfect – close to many sights and great restaurants, so we could easily walk to everything. The apartment itself was not only nice, but also very clean and well equipped. We immediately felt comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment and would come back anytime. The accommodation was great and had the perfect location. Right on the water, so you really don't have to worry about anything. Suzana welcomed us very kindly and made sure that we lacked nothing. The city is also very beautiful with some really good restaurants. We will be happy to come again!

It was one of my best stays. The host was very wrlcoming, helped with everything. The apartmen was clean. The beach is really close 2minutes of walk. The beach is really peacful and with clean water. Definitly Im visiting again.
