Cozy snail house in a great location

The cozily furnished house offers all kinds of possibilities for a great vacation on the Moselle – entirely according to taste and mood, because it has it all. A parking space in front of the house, a small balcony and a small garden are available for your stay. The cottage itself has two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen and bathroom and via a small narrow staircase you can reach the balcony as well as a living room and a bedroom. There is also a desk for working.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace ( our summer living room) and in the basement there is a wine fridge from the winemaker feeling - nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends.

The apartment ecologically renovated from 2013-2017 with historical building materials consists of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom for 2-3 people on the 1st floor of the "Old Ferry House". The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
