The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Quaint half-timbered house 200 m from the Moselle bank Pünderich

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace, and in the basement, there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends. Prices include cleaning and the Airbnb fee.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. The apartment, which was ecologically renovated from 2013-2017 with historical building materials, consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen and bathroom for 2-3 people on the 1st floor of the "Old Ferry House". Our vacation home is a lovingly converted, former beehive. It is surrounded by a large and quiet garden, with old fruit trees, diverse plants and a lawn. There is plenty of space for children to play. There is also a swing, a baby swing, a sandbox and a teeter totter. The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike and excursions to the nearby Mosel.
