Villa holiday rentals in Punta prima

This ground floor flat was absolutely perfect with young children. The astroturf in the garden meant easy for little ones to run around and they have lots of toys to play with. All the amenities you would need for a baby too. The pool has three sections for babies, young children and adults. A lovely walk to the marina and beach, All flat so our 4yr old could walk it. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We thought it was a great base and would absolutely go back when visiting Menorca again.

What a great spot! We loved staying in Binibeca and the villa was amazing. Great views and outdoor space. Location was great as we could walk to restaurants and the beach! Would certainly recommend!!

Wow we don’t even know where to start. Rosa’s house was beyond beautiful. Every time we came back to the house after a day of exploring we felt so lucky to be staying there! The view is breathtaking, the pool was enjoyed by our entire family and the house was spotlessly clean. The welcome food and wine was so appreciative after a long day of flying. Fatima was so sweet and helpful both at check in and anytime we had a question. Our family of 4 had more than enough space and we could have happily stayed another week! You can tell both Rosa and Fatima take great pride in the villa. Menorca is a beautiful island with the most amazing food and beaches. We cannot wait to return and would not even think twice about staying anywhere else. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We hebben het heel fijn gehad in de accomodatie van Miguel. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook is het erg schoon en ziet het er leuk en gezellig uit. We zijn goed ontvangen en hebben tips gekregen over het eiland. We komen graag nog een keer terug en raden het aan aan anderen.

We had a great week at Joan's place. Walkable to the coast to watch the sunset, walkable to the Cap D'Artrutz lighthouse which has fabulous food and sunset views. Close walkable small supermarkets for basic food nearby. If you need a larger selection or meat, fish to grill for dinner- the best place is the hipermercado about 10 min drive toward Ciutadella. Best place for Ham and Cheese and Ensaimadas : El Paladar Shop near the hipermercado. Lots of close by activities- beaches, kayak rentals, Lithica stone quarry, Ciutadella, Prehistoric sites- all within 10-30 min drive. Beautiful vineyard (Sant Patrici) where we did a wine and cheese tasting in Ferries (about 30 min) from house. Two close by beaches: Cala Bosch and Cala Xoriguer )<10 min drive). Relaxing backyard with pool, grill, and great place to unwind after a day of activities. Comfortable beds, fabulous renovated bathrooms, AC in all rooms. Washer available and clothes drying rack which is very helpful.

A little paradise ! We loved our stay in this peacegul heaven. Everything was perfect, the view, the place, the decoration, the amenities. Perfect size for a group or two couples and kids. I definitely want to come again.

La villa située dans le magnifique village de cala morell est une vraie perle. Nous avons pu profiter de chaque lever et coucher du soleil avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le logement est très bien équipé et était très propre. Le sentier de randonnée est directement accessible à quelques mètres de la maison et nous pouvions aller nous baigner en seulement quelques minutes de marche.

Lovely villa, perfect location with a 10 minute walk to all the local restaurants etc. local supermarket on the same road which was ideal. Pool was a good size for 5 adults and a baby to play in. Welcome basket was a nice touch too. Air-con in the living area worked well, just not available in the bedrooms. This wasn’t a concern for the two twin rooms but in the master in felt quite warm overnight so the standing fans were a great addition to keep the air circulating. Overall would recommend to friends and family!

Ein wundervolles Haus, toll eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht, inklusive einer Anlage die Trinkwasser filtert, was super praktisch war. Die Betten waren super gemütlich, der Pool war klasse und die Küchen Einrichtung perfekt! Es ist super ruhig und trotzdem zu Fuss in 5mn vom schönen Badestrand, einem Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants entfernt. Mit dem Auto sowieso perfekte Lage zur Erkundung der Insel.

Fantástica casa en zona tranquila cerca de Ciudadela y de las principales calas de Menorca. Davide muy bien Anfitrión siempre pendiente y con indicaciones muy buenas.

Fantastic Villa just as described great hosts and assistants. The villa is luxury and very comfortable great view and brach is a 5 minute walk away great bus service we where a party of 10 the villa was pleanty big enough for us. would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Maria's villa. The pool was bigger than usual for a villa with plenty of space to relax around it. We visited in the May half-term and the unheated pool was plenty warm enough for swimming. There's an absolutely incredible small cove, just down the steps out the back garden of the property leading to a tranquil oasis where there is a small sandy beach and are many sunbathing spots on flat rocks with ladders into the sea. Our kids really loved exploring this and spotting fish and jumping in. There's a huge hotel unfortunately placed blocking any sea view at the villa, but no noise from it at all. Lots of shops, bars and even a waterpark in walking distance so very convenient for a family stay. The villa was extremely spacious and very clean and we enjoyed cooking bbqs many nights and eating on the terrace. A lovely property and extremely responsive host. Thanks for making our holiday a great one!

Justin & Cristina’s home is a beautiful place. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. They are generous hosts who left drinking water, herbs, spices, oil etc It felt like a home from home and We couldn’t have had a better family holiday with our toddler granddaughter and daughters. Binibequer is a great place for families with young children. There’s a lovely little sandy beach and play ground less than 10 minutes walk away. The local supermarket stocks everything you need, so no need for long drives. And the bar/restaurant across the road is a nice place and they keep respectful hours and music volume so didn’t bother us at all. Thanks Justin & Cristina we had a great holiday.

Our stay at the villa was perfect for what we needed. All bedrooms having their own bathroom was ideal. It was in a quiet area which was very relaxing but some nice restaurants and bars were in walkable distance. Marc kindly let us check out 2 hours later which made our last day a lot more comfortable. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here, the villa and outside area is spacious and beautiful, everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. There is a sea view from the garden and it is walkable down a pathway next to the property. The hosts were very responsive, would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again as it is such a beautiful island with so many pretty coves to visit. Overall an amazing holiday.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per una settimana ed è stato fantastico. Si trova a pochi km dall'aeroporto e dal centro di Mahon. Se si prende a noleggio un'auto tutte le spiagge più belle e ricercate si raggiungono facilmente. La piscina e la terrazza dove poter anche cenare son splendide e hanno reso la nostra vacanza molto bella. La casa ha grandi spazi ed è veramente graziosa e pulita. Lola e Miquel ci hanno accolto calorosamente e son molto disponibili. Consigliato!!!

Just returned from a week at Punta Prima Villa. Villa is in great location, approx 20 min from airport, 5-10min from shops, restaurants and beach. 2 min walk to doctors, around 10min walk to pharmacy. The Taxi rank is near the beach and there is a number you can ring if there are none, although there were always a taxi if you needed one. Everyone was so nice and helpful in the shops and restaurants. One of the shops do a freshly baked pastries. Bus stop 10min to Mahon city center. Timetable clear. Villa itself is amazing, so much space, air conditioning in every room, bathroom for each bedroom was a massive bonus. Garden area lovely, pool nice and great size too. A nice touch of Lemon tree in the garden. Sun loungers very comfortable and good quality. Utility room available with washing machine. also kitchen is lovely, everything in working order, also a dish washer available. Check in/Check out very easy. Will definitely come back. Gemma was very responsive, helpful and kind

A fabulous stay. Good location if you want peace and quiet outside of town and have a car. A couple lovely restaurants with water views walking distance nearby although pricey. We also could go along the coast to walk to Punta Prima or Cala Torret for beautiful scenery. The house is modern and nicely furnished. Very comfortable and highly recommend.

Just home from a fantastic week at this villa. It was spotless clean and very well laid out with everything we needed. Excellent outdoor area and fabulous pool which our 4 year old absolutely loved! Already hoping to book for 2026! Thanks Gurbia.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir fühlten uns auf anhieb wohl. Der Strand nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt war auch sehr schön! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.

La communication avec Silvia a été top, instructions claires. Le cadre de la maison est magnifique. Silvia est hyper accueillante, chaleureuse ! merci beaucoup !
