This is such a beautiful property to stay on. It’s family history and architecture was extraordinary. The hosts were absolutely incredible and so gracious with us. We loved it! The property is so peaceful and the beaches are amazing. The town so cute great restaurants highly recommend.

Anna and Giordano's apartment is located at the foot of the historic center of San Felice, in the heart of the Circeo. Convenient location both to reach the historic center (which is a few minutes' walk away), and to reach the main beach of San Felice (a little less than 20 minutes' walk or a few minutes by car). You can easily reach any point of the Circeo by car, but, by moving a little further, you can also reach places like Sperlonga and Gaeta. The apartment has a private parking space on the other side of the street, but you can still drive to the house to unload and load your luggage. Communication with Anna and Giordano has always been very quick and effective. The apartment inside is well-kept and furnished in a nautical style; the highlight of the house is definitely the terrace with an adjacent kitchen and a spectacular view from which you can enjoy a sunrise with fantastic colors. Definitely recommended!

A little corner of paradise at Circeo. We have had an experience that we will carry in our hearts. The house is wonderful, with attention to the smallest details, very clean, cozy and with a breathtaking view, the kind that makes you stop and look in silence. It is the ideal place to truly unwind, breathe freedom and rediscover calm immersed in beauty🦋. The location is perfect for exploring the Circeo, but also just to stay there, simply, to enjoy the peace. A special thank you goes to the host: rare kindness, attentive but never intrusive presence. We felt welcomed, at home. It's one of those places where you leave a piece of your heart... and as you close the door, you already dream of returning.

I was lucky enough to stay a week in the house and the pleasure of meeting Giorgio and Stefano the owners, people of nothing short of wonderful quality, reliability and education of other times, always present and available seven days a week.
