Located on a less-traveled road in the complex, giving it a quieter feel. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home can sleep up to 8 guests. Full-service kitchen, large living room with cable television and high-speed wifi. Wooden deck conveniently shaded by beautiful trees with propane grill and a large picnic table for entertaining. Additional deck with a small table, great for watching the sunrise.

Unit D condo sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a double pullout in the great room. We have two beautiful , unit C and unit D, waterfront condo on the island of Put - in- Bay. They are side by side and can be connected by outside deck. The are walking distance to the village which has many bars and eateries. Prices are based on one condo which sleeps 4 If you want both double the price. We do not breakup weekends. The prices listed include all local taxes and fees.

Cottage No.6 underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is situated in a residential neighborhood near Perry's Monument and a short walk to downtown. There are 2 patios out back. Grill some burgers on the gas grill followed by a relaxing evening on the concrete patio around the fire ring in the back yard . The front porch is screened in and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of island made wine. There is parking for one vehicle, but could possibly accommodate more, just ask.
