Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pylaia

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Very nice and friendly hosts, perfect if you are travelling with a baby, they have everything you might need. Is a 30 minute walk to the city center and you can also take a bus, all very accessible. Great place, definitely would like to come back.

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

Die Unterkunft war super und der Host sehr freundlich sowie eine top Kommunikation. Die Lage ist nicht gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder gehbehinderten Personen, da die Gehwege nicht existent, zugeparkt oder voll mit Müll waren. Dir Wohnung ist mit Kinderwagen und Koffern schlecht zugänglich, da zwei enge Treppen hochführen. Insgesamt also alles gut, solange man gut zu Fuß ist.

Υπέροχα όλα και ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα! Η οικοδεσπότης φοβερή κοπέλα και απαντούσε πάντα σε ό,τι και αν χρειαζόμασταν. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω φυσικά και την ευχαριστώ πολύ !!!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

An absolute gem in the heart of Thessaloniki! The best thing about this apartment is without a doubt the location – you’re less than 10 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be. It’s tucked right next to a beautiful park and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you could need. Truly an ideal base for exploring the city. George was an amazing host – communication was flawless. He replied within minutes (often seconds!) and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He even let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need, and is perfectly sized for a couple. There were thoughtful touches too – chocolates, biscuits, coffee, and toiletries – which made us feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be checking to see if this place is available next time we’re in Thessaloniki. Highly recommend!

To start, this is a beautiful apartment in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Everything is as described in the listing and you are made to feel like it's a home from home. Mary, the host, is amazing. She is super helpful and provided us with a very easy check-in along with a mountain of information regarding the area. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short, Mary was extremely understanding of the situation and was even helpful again throughout that process. I would highly recommend this apartment, thanks again to Mary for being a great host.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ήσυχη κ κοντά σε στάση μετρό. πολλά μαγαζιά τριγύρω από κρεοπωλείο, σούπερ μέχρι 24ωρα καφέ. Οικοδεσπότης φιλικός κ τυπικοτατος. Μεγάλο υπέρ η θέση πάρκινγκ που παρέχει. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα

Όμορφος χώρος! Οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα. Ο Θεόδωρος και η Έλενα είναι άψογοι οικοδεσπότες! Πάντα πρόθυμοι και ευγενικοί! Ο ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης στην πίσω αυλή είναι ένα ατού του χώρου. Φεύγοντας ξεχάσαμε κάτι και έπειτα από επικοινωνία με τον Θεόδωρο, προθυμοποιήθηκε να μας το ταχυδρομήσει και μάλιστα με δικά του έξοδα! Θα συνεργαστούμε ξανά στο μέλλον σίγουρα! Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία!

Εξαιρετικός ο κύριος Στάθης και σαν άνθρωπος και σαν οικοδεσπότης καθότι το ταξίδι αφορούσε θέματα υγείας ήταν δίπλα μας και βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε, συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα!! Ευχαριστουμε πολυ!!

Ioanna was great, she welcomed us and showed us the house, explaining all the rules and giving us suggestions about what to do. The place is locate uphill, so it might be not for everyone, but taxis and ubers are always available if you are not willing/able to walk. The house was clean, well served with everything in the advertisement. Perfect for a couple of people, we would love to stay again here in the future!

Der Aufenthalt war echt super! Georgia hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Check-In war durch die mitgeteilten Anweisungen sehr einfach. Die Tür des Hauses klemmt manchmal. Man muss die Tür beim aufschließen etwas nach oben drücken, dann geht es. Die Wohnungstür ist einfach zu öffnen. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet, es gibt 4 Teller, 4 Schälchen, 4 Löffel,... Wir waren über die Klimaanlage sehr erfreut. Sie funktioniert sehr gut mit allen Einstellungen. Dadurch blieb es auch in der Nacht angenehm. Es gibt Bushaltestellen und einen Supermarkt, die in unter 5min zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Alles in allem also ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο και καθαρό, ιδανικό για ένα άτομο ή για ζευγάρι, προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις και είναι στο κέντρο της Τούμπας, μισή ώρα από το κέντρο της πόλης. O οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και απαντούσε άμεσα στα μηνύματα. Είχαμε εξαιρετική επικοινωνία. Λόγω του κύριου δρόμου μπροστά από το σπίτι υπάρχει φασαρία αλλά τα παράθυρα, όταν είναι κλειστά, κρατούν το σπίτι πιο ήσυχο. Για τη μετακίνηση στο κέντρο εξυπηρετεί η συγκοινωνία που είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη από το σπίτι. Θα ξαναέμενα!

The accommodation is positioned on a picturesque hill overlooking the city with sweeping views that inspire. Spacious lounge and balcony to spend quality time relaxing and reading. Bus no. 23 stops about 100m away from the location and takes you straight into the heart of the city in 20 min. In a busy city like Thessaloniki the location offers a quiet and serene setting. Not on a busy road, peaceful nights. The host Anestis and his sister made every effort to meet our requests and were warm and proactive. Approach with care with the car, there are narrow streets, but this applies in general to the city. Overall, a city break location that combines both city life and tranquility. Highly recommend 👍

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

we visited Thessaloniki in early May 2025 and we found this apartment for rent. we stayed 10 days and everything was perfect. the apartment is well fitted for a long stay and we found ourselves like home. we had a very good communication with the owner which helped us is every way he could. the location is good for visiting the country side and beach as well as visiting the city center. there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. thank you for everything.

The apartment is a cosy 1-bedroom apartment in a residential area of Kalamaria. The location is okay, is quite close to a supermarket and several cafes. The host Katerina has been very communicative and sent easy instructions for check in. The apartment is small but everything is there and is comfortable. It has a car park slot, which is helpful because at night street park might be harder. It also has a lift. Balcony is very usable. We rented it for about 12 days in 2 people and was very comfortable.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος με minimal αισθητική και απίστευτη θέα. Καινούργιο κτήριο, το δωμάτιο έχει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά!!

The place was very clean and fresh and had all the necessities. Walkable distance from the center but also access to busses and subway. Perfect for a couple that wants to explore the city!
