Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pyrgos Kallistis

It was one of the most beautiful houses we have stayed in. The view was perfect and the house was very clean and had everything. It is located 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the area. The owner's mother welcomed us and she was very sweet and helpful. If we come to Kalamata again, we will definitely stay here!

We chose Nikos’s fabulous apartment , as it was in Pyrgos a authentic Greek village only twenty minutes from Fira . It was the best possible choice , beautiful views , we got a stellar sunsets and the nearby restaurants were superb. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable beds and pool was a lovely touch too, on a warm day. The wine from Nikos’s grandpa was delicious. All great standouts ,the biggest takeaway is the passion Nikos has for home ,family and culture . A excellent host who wants his guests to appreciate all the wonderful things Santorini has to offer. We loved our time in Pyrgos and more than highly recommend this apartment , it’s great value and absolutely brilliant ! Thanks Nikos we wish you well in all your future endeavours.

Maria was very responsive as a host and helped us arrange luggage transport in advance. The spot is beautiful and full of charm, just a short walk away from shops, food, coffee, and the harbor!

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could be of any help. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. Probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in so far. Out of all the boathouses jn Klima, this one is the best since it has a nice rooftop patio so you can avoid all the tourists walking down and talking pictures. In general it’s a pretty quiet area which is what we wanted, and all of the neighbors are so nice. They provided us with water and snacks, and the shower water can get pretty hot if you want it to (an essential for me 😂). Life changing experience.

5 across the board on this one. I stay at a lot of Bnb’s and I though this one was really excellent. The host booked transport for me which was nice especially because there were a few issues with timing of my arrival and departure so had to make several changes and the host was gracious and hospitable. Also the space is beautiful and peaceful.

Our stay in Maria’s place was perfect. The location was beautiful and so picturesque. We loved falling asleep to the sound of waves and having breakfast out on the balcony in the sun. Maria also left some lovely touches, such as homemade sweet treats and jams. She also provided enough water, snacks and small breakfast items to help us through to the next day. Which saved us a supermarket trip the day we arrived which we really appreciated. The home made our visit to Milos and we definitely created some beautiful memories there, I hope to visit again.

We had the BEST time ever staying here! Stamatis went above and beyond—he picked us up from the airport, gave us amazing recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself was amaaaazing with so many thoughtful amenities, plus fresh fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. It honestly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the port, restaurants, and shops. We felt so well taken care of and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Milos. This place is one of the most amazing and unique places I’ve ever stayed. Not only is it so beautiful but also an amazing experience to stay there and be able to have the ocean right at your doorstep. Communication was great and we were checked on throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. There was a bottle of wine and bread with butter, honey, and jams that were kindly left for us. Thank you for the great stay and we hope to be back!

Absolutely beautiful and stunning view. The entire unit is like a work of art. Everyone is so kind and the assistance with the bags was the perfect cherry on top. It’s a bit of a maze walking around the area around the air bnb, but with tons of sites to see and photos to take we didn’t mind it at all. Highly recommend this beautiful and stunning unit.

Amazing stay! Beautiful apartment, super close to the port as well as restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Despoina was a fabulous host and even met us close to the port to show us the way to the apartment. Her husband also helped us with the bags by car! Despoina gave us lots of recommendations for sites and restaurants and was always responsive. She also dropped us off beach towels which was very kind of her. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. We had a great stay in Naxos and I definitely recommend staying here!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

My wife and myself absolutely loved it here. The views and privacy was amazing! There is nothing but goats up in the mountain sideWe loved taking a morning dip in the pool while having a coffee. Hugh was so awesome. He provided us with some amazing recommendations and helped us set up shuttles to and from the port. We absolutely loved it here and can’t wait to come back to stay at this lovely home!

We absolutely loved it here. We looked all over the island and found the best view on the island for sunsets was on our balcony. The breakfasts were not anything crazy but more than adequate and we loved having them delivered to our room each morning. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it however there are a couple of slightly negative things worth mentioning. The smell: the back porch did have a scent that was mentioned in other reviews. It’s a sewage smell. It’s not pleasant. But was limited to the balcony and seemed to be dependent on the wind. We made a joke about it because when we smelled it, we always knew we were close to “Home”. The hot tub is not hot. It’s warm and we used it every day but be aware… it’s not “hot”. Lastly… communicating with the hosts prior to our arrival was a bit challenging. Responses were quite slow but once we arrived and started communicating with Sotiris in country, it was no problem. Sotiris was amazing and made everything easy

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Athens. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Plaka, the Acropolis, and some of the best cafés and bakeries in the city. The building felt safe and secure, and having a mini-market and café downstairs was incredibly convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for our young family. Our onsite contact, Flora, was incredibly helpful—she stopped by a few times during our stay to tidy up and bring fresh towels, which was a much-appreciated bonus. Yannis and Tax were also excellent hosts, helping with our airport transfer and providing clear, thoughtful instructions before arrival. Highly recommend this place for anyone traveling as a family or looking for a central, walkable area with a local feel. We’d definitely stay here again!

We did not want to leave. It was just magical. The ocean sounds, smell, fresh breeze, sunlight all made it feel so perfect. Didn’t even mind sharing the water access with other flats nearby. Ciel on the water was only really loud one night but they cut off at 10pm so that wasn’t even an issue. There are steps… thankfully there are some flat areas to rest in between flights. It was up a half flight, down 4-5 depending on how you count flights…. Definitely don’t bring big heavy luggage. Backpack if you can. The island is very casual so light packing is easy! Thankfully we heeded previous advice and did just that and it was manageable. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time here ! The location is perfect. There are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and grocery stores in very short walking distances. The views are absolutely amazing. You certainly won’t find a better place in Athens. We have had many great moments in this penthouse. We hope to be back some day.

The Loft is a fantastic base from which to explore Athens. It was the jacuzzi that drew me to it and it did not disappoint after long days of walking. Whilst slightly out.of the centre, it was still easy to walk and a metro station just around the corner. Andres was responsive to all my queries and requests and very accommodating to our need for a slightly later check out. Entry to the building and the apartment is via a smart app which worked well...just need to be careful that your phone doesn't run out of charge! Fantastic place and host...would 100% recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

My husband and I had a great stay here! The boat was incredibly responsive and helpful and it was an easy 18 minute walk to Monastiraki square and Ermou street with amazing restaurants, shopping, and street performers. We loved the balcony patio with the pool and the view of the Parthenon was amazing! We would absolutely return to this Airbnb.

Everything you need was right there. Felt like home. Soda, water ,milk, fruit & juice in refrigerator was an extra plus plus which never expected. Host made the day abd saved our time going looking for anything.
