Bluebell cottage

Fantastic, albeit short, overnight stay at Bluebell cottage. It was comfortable, clean and the little touches helped us enjoy a lovely morning coffee whilst strolling the beautiful garden. Just a few minutes away from a wonderful bakery too (Lievito)

Somerset Apple Store Cottage - New Listing

MarkRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Jo was extremely kind and helpful and her place was exceptionally clean, fresh and tidy. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect with a little extra care and sundries. The bathroom was lovely and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and milk and eggs, biscuits out for us. Would we stay again. I hope so as this was the best 2 bedroomed Air B & B we have stayed in. The village was quaint with local walks and The local pub was excellent. highly recommend booking.

3 bed barn conversion nr Sherborne

We had a wonderful stay at Ian’s place. We stayed there with my parents and son and everyone enjoyed the accommodation. My son particularly enjoyed the views from his bedroom window . We found the place very clean and well equipped. My son commented it felt homely having the books , dvds and wii to play on . The area is lovely for walks and we enjoyed visiting the National trusts , East Somerset Railway and Haynes motor museum. We would highly recommend Ian’s place .

Beautiful Bespoke Bolthole

HanaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Sean, Mel, and Leon were some of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered, warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond with lovely touches like complimentary drinks, chocolates, and a stunning handwritten card that made the experience feel extra special. The building itself is breathtaking, beautifully designed and impeccably done. Every detail feels curated to create a peaceful, luxurious haven. The bathrobe was plush and cozy, adding to the overall feeling of indulgence and care. It’s also just a short walk into the quaint town, which has so much charm, and it was really easy to get to from Bristolm the perfect little getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The Coach House

DanaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My stay here was amazing! The cottage was spacious enough to spend a month in, but still felt cozy and relaxing. Timothy was very friendly and responsive. He was available right away any time I had a question or we needed anything. The cottage is in the perfect place to be able to walk to the grocery store, tons of restaurants and shops and many other attractions in the area. I highly recommend staying here!

Versatile country house

LisaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A very comfortable and spacious home from home with a friendly and helpful host (Caroline). Not a typical ‘holiday let’ as this is a real family home and you can tell how loved it is as soon as you step foot into the beautiful front garden. When we first saw the railway line next to the house we were worried about noise. But we need not have as within a couple of hours you barely notice it (and I am usually very noise adverse!). Caroline was super helpful and responsive and was flexible with check in and check out times, which is rare these days. Well equipped kitchen, soft towels, comfy beds and perfect large dining table and outdoor furniture. My elderly father loved sitting by the pond, watching the fish and listening to the birds. Peaceful and close to some great National Trust places and Sherborne / Frome / Bruton / Longleat all very nearby.

Idilic 2br Modern Cottage in Peaceful Village

TomRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Pip’s cottage is a peaceful place to stay in the heart of the Somerset countryside. It is set in a beautiful orchard and is a very short walk away from a great pub with a kid friendly beer garden. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive and were great with our kids, who loved playing on the slide, swings and hammock in the garden. They gave us some amazing recommendations of things to do nearby including the Newt gardens and Bath&West country show. Nearby Bruton is always a must see as is the Hauser and Wirth gallery there. Would highly recommend for any family with young children or for anyone wanting to escape for a lovely weekend in the countryside

Chilthorne Knapp Lodge

CristinaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Absolutely beautiful, honestly, no words! This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, everything sparkling clean and so well looked after. The owner is super friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole place has such a peaceful vibe, waking up to birds singing, spending afternoons by the BBQ, enjoying the calm and quiet… it was just heaven. We completely fell in love with this place and didn’t want to leave! If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate, you will love it. We can’t wait to come back!
