Dans un rayon de 500m vous trouverez quelques commerces essentiels, des arrêts de bateaux-bus et bus pour Port Louis, Lorient (correspondance Ile de Groix et Gâvres), des départs de randonnées dont GR34, des aires de jeux. Plages à 3.5kms près de la citadelle et des remparts de Port Louis.

In the heart of Quiberon, a bright and pleasant townhouse offering you: On the ground floor, entrance and technical room (washing machine and dryer). On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, shower room and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a living room with kitchen overlooking a spacious and friendly living room of 80 m². This is my main residence that I rent out during my business trips. The location allows you to do everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, island piers...), it's ideal in summer!

You will appreciate this accommodation for its calm, because this pretty little house is protected at the end of an alley with a nice south-facing garden, enclosed by walls. It consists of a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed. A mezzanine (** miller's ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 cm beds, and a bathroom.

The territory of Baden borders the Gulf of Morbihan. It is bordered to the west by the Auray River (37 km coastline, including islands). Baden is a vast municipality of 2,352 hectares. It includes the islands of Renaud, Grand Vézy, Petit Vézy and Sept-Îles. Locmiquel and Sept-Îles beaches are 10 minutes by car. Finally, there is a convenience store 5 minutes away and the center of Baden with its shops and markets is a 3-minute drive away.

Our house is centrally located in Quiberon. It is ideally located, 400 m from the large beach, and in close proximity to all food shops, the market, restaurants, shops and supermarket. You can do anything on foot, without the need for a car. The house is located on a small street away from the noise with a quiet and sunny indoor garden. You also have a private parking space, which is very useful in high season.
