Toutes les activités sont à votre portée : BAIGNADE AU LAC (surveillée l'été), pêche, ESCALADE (magnifique salle à 1,5 kms et falaise aménagée proche), nombreuses RANDONNEES pédestres et VTT, ... Calme, nature préservée, "béaltitude" !

Au coeur de la Haute vallée et du pays cathare appartement dans un pavillon quartier calme mais proche du centre appartement indépendant de 50m2 une chambre piece à vivre jardin et terrasse indépendante. Vue montagne a la croisièe des voies vertes de l'Aude et des chemins de randonnées . Les gorges a proximité sports d eaux vives. Les sources chaudes de Rennes le château et son histoire. Quillan avec son lac baignade et pêche. Animations tout au long de l année avec salle concert et théâtre.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de wintermaanden is er een houtkachel. Het stookhout is niet inbegrepen bij de huur.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

La Bergerie Townhouse in Quillan

Welcome to our stylish townhouse situated in the heart of Quillan. Located just away from the square next to the stunning Eglise de Quillan - Notre Dame de l'Assomption. Plenty of cafes and bars can be found in the square and there is a twice weekly market on a Wednesday and Saturday where you can buy fresh produce. Quillan is a great base to explore the mystery and legend of Aude Cathar Country, with its hillside vineyards and Pyrenean peaks the perfect backdrop.

Back to nature - with style

Enjoy your morning coffee on the wooden terrasse watching the sunrise over the mountain . This home is on the door step to the enchanting Nebias labyrinth formed by a karstique maze hidden in a preserved oak forest near the huge pine tree forest. From here you can visit Quillan and its lake, the mysterious Rennes-le-Chateau, the lake and castle of Puivert, the stunning castle of Montsegur, an impressive sight nestled high on a rocky hilltop.

Gîte au milieu des vignes

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.

Coquette petite maison de village. Laissez-vous bercer par le bruit de la rivière. Vous choisissez : farniente ou activites ou bien les deux. Un grand nombre d'activités en eau vive à proximité, randonnées, balades. Entre Montagne et mer (qui n'est qu'à 1 heure de route en voiture). Nous vous accueillerons personnellement pour la remise des clefs. Le linge de maison est fourni. 1 Animal de companie accepté.
