Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Hakoniemi - Old log house in Northern Saimaa

The creative space in Rääkkylä, Oravisalo, provides a framework for working and leisure, combining creativity and nature.The 1925s old farm has got a new life as a center of creative activity where you can organize workshops, events, marketing projects and tourist and accommodation services.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Tervetuloa viihtymään siistiin, hyväkuntoiseen kaksioon! Koko huoneisto (37 m²) on käytössäsi. Autolle tällä alueella harvinainen ilmainen pysäköinti lämmitystolpalla pihapiirissä. Huoneistossa voit nauttia saunomisesta ja tilavasta parvekkeesta. Kohteessa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Keskustaan pääset Ylisoutajan sillan kautta nopeasti vaikkapa vuokraan sisältyvillä pyörillä. Huoneistossa on ilmalämpöpumppu, joten yöt sujuvat kesälläkin viileässä. Juhlinta on kielletty.

A cozy, 35,5 square meter studio apartment located in the city centre of Joensuu. The studio is in the second floor of a peaceful apartment building. There's a parking spot and an elevator. Bedlinen, towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, drying washing machine, kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a 43-inch smart-tv and WI-FI are included. For toddlers there's a travel crib and toys.

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Tarvittaessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta.

Tämä jäähdyttävällä ilmastoinnilla ja saunalla varustettu viihtyisä asunto sijaitsee keskussairaalan ja AMK:n kampusten lähellä. Autopaikka. Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtuu avainboxin ansiosta vaivattomasti. Vuoteet kahdelle makuuhuoneessa ovat valmiiksi pedattuja ja vuodesohvasta saa lisävuoteen kolmannelle. Keittiön kaapeista löytyy kahvia, teetä, mausteita ym. jotka ovat vieraitamme varten. Kesäisin voit nauttia kahvin omalta terassilta!

The house is part of an old farmyard. The finnish-german couple welcomes its guests the year round, for only one night or for longer stays. The farm and its surroundings offer plenty of activities. The farm hosts a model railway, a farm museum and an organic beekeeping with honey sale. You may book the farm sauna for your own use. Swimming at the lake on demand.
