A 60 foot bridge starts your walk up the trail to the treehouse. Then a 250 foot gravel path leads you to this beautiful Treehouse. The Hygge (pronounced hyoo·guh) House is a tiny taste of Scandinavia in Southeastern Minnesota. What is Hygge? In short, it's a Scandinavian way of living that focuses on hunkering down and creating a safe, comforting and warm place to while away. My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind.
