Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

Absolutely stunning. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my 40th. Me and my family had the best time. We had so much fun in the bar, playing pool and watching movies. As for the pool and hot tub..... wow! It was just absolutely brilliant. we all had the best time. the house itself was stunning, cozy and comfortable. Delanie you were just wonderful . I loved how we were able to make ourselves feel right at home. Living like superstars for a weekend. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A gorgeous weekend at the Hobbit House for our 10th wedding anniversary. From our arrival until we (sadly) departed, both Michael and Barbara were so attentive, accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Michael gave us a fab tour around the hobbit house pointing out everything we needed to know and then took us over to see the pool, ‘The Hut’ and around the stunning gardens. It's such a beautiful setting. Barabara kindly gave us a couple of mini Proseccos for our anniversary celebrations, such a lovely lady. The attention to detail in the house was 10/10 amazing. The building itself is super modern, from the smartplugs next to the bed and on the floor in between the lazy chairs, to the integrated blinds in all windows (including the sky light) and underfloor heating. The outside living roof beautifully blends in with the environment. They’ve literally thought of everything here. The decor was beautiful and cupboards generously stocked. We didn’t want to leave. Zoe’s home was beautiful and filled with everything we could need for the night, even provided us with some recommendations of local takeaways and things to do nearby! Such a friendly, helpful host and we really appreciated everything being set up for us!

Will definitely book again, cottage was ideal, had afternoon tea at Summerseat Garden Centre which was a short walk away, which I cannot recommend highly enough. The area around the cottage was gorgeous and ideal for a stroll with the dog. A couple of suggestions, maybe….an air fryer would be good and cheaper on the electricity! Thanks for a lovely stay.

BEAUTIFUL place in a lovely community, very walkable! Back garden is lovely and basement washing machine/dryer keep the noise away. Beds are on the soft side and incredibly comfy - very spacious as well. The kind of place where you'd happy walk around barefeet as well. Lovely bathroom with amazing shower

Our stay at Olivia's was great. The house has all the amenities you could need and excellent condition. The rooms were spotless. Olivia was helpful throughout. Definitely will stay here again when I'm back.

A wonderful modern townhouse with everything you could need plus great location for town centre restaurants and quick access to the tram. Lynsey was very responsive and provided very clear instructions and recommendations for anything we needed.

The house had everything we needed, communication was good and we enjoyed our stay at the house.

Jodie was very accommodating for a last minute request to stay. House is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything is as described and provides all you need for a very pleasant stay. We would certainly book again if we needed a UK base to stay.

This was a great stay. The house is of top quality and Monique would respond extremely quickly to any queries that I had. This is a perfect location to stay if you are competing in the IronMan 70.3 Bolton, as you can walk to the start line in under 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

we stayed in Jo's place to visit Manchester with my family. the place was located in Salford quays and within walking distance to the tram station. It was also clean and tidy, and was big enough for the family.
