This year we went skiing beyond Årefjorden and spring is magical with white roads and deer raiding.

We rent out cottage and annex with fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Sea view and large garden with room for a lot of play and fun. The cottage is a short walking distance from convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, bathing jetty and beach. Large lawn with football key, play and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje Golf Park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

The cabin has a fantastic location in a nature reserve on the peninsula, Henæstangen, a very peaceful spot on earth. It's a tiny, charming koie, with simple and appealing decor. Solar panel for lighting and fridge. Gas stove in the kitchen, charcoal grill and fire pit on the patio. Canoe and boat with motor.

Svein's house

Welcome to Svein's house! The house is located in a rural area at the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac with hiking opportunities right outside the door. The house is of an older standard and you get a cabin feeling of being here. It is secluded, but still centrally located to beaches and restaurants in Engelsviken, Skjæløy and Saltnes. Short distance to Fredrikstad and Hvaler and only 600 m walk to Onsøy Golf Club and Elin restaurant. Large space and privacy. Short-term rentals are possible.

Annekset har tilgang til WiFi og muligheter for elbil lading .Det ligger 5 min unna sjøen, og har butikker og herlige Engelsviken bare en kort sykkeltur unna. Fredrikstad 15 min med bil.

Med direkte utsyn og nærhet til en veldig barnevennlig strand, nærbutikk tilgjengelig i sommerhalvåret og kun 15 min. kjøring fra butikker og ytterligere take away-tilbud på Halmstad så har du det meste du trenger for avkobling. Gode gå- & løperuter i umiddelbar nærhet, sant kort båttur over til Engelsviken eller Larkollen blant annet. Åpen for langtids utleie og/eller gjerne gjentagende gjester.

Beautiful house at the Oslo fjord

Cosy place with sea view, south of Moss train station, at the eastside of the fjord. You will love ths place because of its sunsets, beautiful forest- and beachtrails and its charming outdoor dining. The kitchen is big, the terraces are sunny and there´s a trampoline on the lawn. Parking for 2-3 cars and many beds allows 2 families with children. Near marina, cafe and pub. For a trip to the island, please borrow our small boat & 2 kayaks. Recommended!
