Beautiful house in a beautiful area for hiking. From the house you can start directly on beautiful hiking trips. The house is equipped with everything, from the Sonos box to a Nintendo. The absence of the duvet cover and towels is therefore striking. But all in all recommended!

what a beautiful gem close to the lake and the woods. Easy parking in front of the door. Be careful with Google navigation. The road to the lake is a hiking trail and not a car area. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. The wood was already ready and a bottle of wine too. That is immediately relaxing.

We had an amazing stay at Kim and Philippe’s accommodation! It was so charming and homey, really making for a pleasant home base for us while in Maastricht. They were also such lovely, helpful and communicative hosts! The accommodation is in the perfect location- central but also on a quiet road! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The place has everything you could need during your stay. We would be delighted to stay here again someday. We cannot recommend this pick enough!

We received a very warm welcome. Because our weekend was for my 50th birthday, there was a bottle of champagne and a box of delicious chocolates. Despite the heat, it was a good place to be. Due to the nature, there was plenty of shade and we could just sit outside despite the 37 degrees. For us, it felt like a very luxurious holiday. We enjoyed the delicious products that Hugo and Anne had offered us and we certainly hope to go back again. This was exactly what we needed and we have fully recharged our battery. Pierre is a very pleasant host, always ready to answer our questions, share his tips and multiply the small attentions. Our stay in this beautiful house did us a lot of good. The environment is magnificent, the trails start at the foot of the house. It's a wonderful discovery. Absolutely recommended.

Dagmar is a super host, everything was right and for us very important a private parking space in front of the door. We'd love to come back.

With our family of 2 parents and 4 adult children and their partners, we had a wonderful week. The house met all expectations; spotless, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. What was striking, after previous experiences, was that crockery and cutlery were very widely available and the kitchen equipment was more than complete. Nothing was misplaced. The amenities were as promised. Delightful free garden. However, we soon received a notification that we had to take the noise into account with the neighbors. When we unexpectedly had no hot water, a technician arrived within an hour of reporting it and quickly fixed it. A bottle of sparkling wine for the suffering, not necessary, but nice.

Very nice stay as a couple with our dog. Everything was great and Arnaud explained everything to us proactively. Beautiful view and ideal for dogs. However, I would like to mention that the garden fence is good except for the part at the back that overlooks a meadow with horses: our dog was able to pass through and took a little walk in the meadow. Fortunately, he has a good memory :) Big thanks for this stay!

Always good to stay there, its our second time, this time in the house next door that we stayed last year's. The house's are very similar and great for larger groups. We had an issue with the hot water that was solved by Dominic, always very responsive when we need. Always a good choice.

We had a wonderful time in the flat , with arrival a nice Easter present for my son Luca , lovely flat in a quiet and beautiful area, and with Gabriele's help and tips we had enough choice to do and see something fun. We could also always ask questions and she gave an answer and helped us . And there was also no pressure of departure with the last day , everything was nice , nice and relaxed . Amazing apartment, great host. Simply beautiful. Very quiet location, yet close to Aachen. In the apartment was everything you could ask for. Petra was super sweet and showed me everything. The apartment was very lovingly furnished. I felt right at home and enjoyed the time there very much! I would highly recommend the apartment and Petra as a host.

We had a lovely extended weekend at Thomas' place in Kelmis. With six friends in a very spacious living space connected to the house. The two dogs there were very lovely and well behaved and we loved their curiosity. We were also able to use his BBQ for which we were very thankful as the weather happened to be very nice and to be able to dine in the garden was really lovely. All in all a great stay!

We have lost our hearts there and will come back anyway. Everything available, quiet and hiking trails close by! Price/quality thick 10/10!!

Everything was very clean and the location is very nice and quiet. If you want to look for the hair in the soup you can find a few ants on the floor; for us no problem. we kindly escorted them out.

Lovely spot for a weekend away, would have liked to stay longer. We were two couples and one 22 month old and it suited really well. Nice river walk nearby and convenient to walk to bakery and playground. Easy for quick trip into Aachen as well.
