Nice cottage in the middle of Öland

This accommodation is perfect for those who enjoy nature and tranquility, but who also want to be close to the grocery store and both the north and south of Öland. The house is located on a former farm in central Öland with Karum's nature reserve as a neighbor. Nice sandy beaches within bicycle distance. If you want to come here for work in peace, that's fine. We have good and reliable internet. If you have an electric car, you can charge it with our own electricity for 4.5 SEK/kwh.

Relax in this quiet home with ocean views and proximity to several nature reserves! A stone's throw away is the WIDE art museum and Halltorp hospitality. The cottage is decorated in fresh and charming style, is private with its own entrance and has access to garden and patio. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The bed is 160 cm wide, and easily screened off. En-suite bathroom with shower. We live in the cottage next door, and we share the garden. Welcome!

Gästhus på 35m3 och loft ca. Vart eget hus ligger bredvid. Huset är bara tillgänglig för två vuxen. Vi bor 10 km från Borgholm. Gästhuset ligger på 2,5 hektar privat skogsmark. Pris p/natt är incl. Bedlinnen och bad, kökshanddukar. Ankomst efter kl.15 avresa innan kl.10. Våra gäster få inte ta emot egna gäster. Det finns ingen elbilsladdning vid gästhuset. Närmaste laddplats hittar man i Köpingsvik (6km). Gästerna lämnar gästhuset ren efter sig.

Nature inclosed Retro 50s cottage in Stora Rör.

In the outskirts of the lovely village Stora Rör we have our second home. We completed the first renovation 2019 and have tried to keep the 50's retro appeal off it. Close to tennis, harbour, beaches, bakery, restaurant and summer open shop (within the village), golf, paddle tennis (Ekerum) and larger grocery store (Rälla) there is no real need to go anywhere else. A very quite spot, perfect for relaxing with family and friends.

This village is located along the east road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby bath no more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge fort and just under three miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

Nice cottage with high cozy factor.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The property consists of two houses that are close to another. Completely renovated and in one cottage there is a kitchen and living room, upstairs bedrooms. In the second house toilet with laundry facilities and big bedroom with double bed. Smoke and animal-free with allergies in mind.
