Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

Nearby is picturesque Kalmar with the Nordic region's best-preserved Renaissance castles and lovely Öland. To the north is one of Sweden's most popular family parks - Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby.

Nice cottage in the middle of Öland

This accommodation is perfect for those who enjoy nature and tranquility, but who also want to be close to the grocery store and both the north and south of Öland. The house is located on a former farm in central Öland with Karum's nature reserve as a neighbor. Nice sandy beaches within bicycle distance. If you want to come here for work in peace, that's fine. We have good and reliable internet. If you have an electric car, you can charge it with our own electricity for 4.5 SEK/kwh.

You live in an active farming village with milk production, so cows and tractors you will see. We were looking for a quiet place, 2 families with 4 kids and Sofia's place met all our expectations. Walking distance to the very nice beach with lots of entertainments for the kids, 20 minutes driving from Ölands djurpark, close to Ica. Big enough rooms to fit all of us. We are very happy and can easily recommend this place!

Nice and fresh accommodation, completely matched the description that had been stated. Close to buses that could take us to, for example, Borgholm and other nearby resorts. Cozy with private patio with possibility to barbecue. Great accommodation for a stay on Öland!
