A very special apartment with a lot of charm. Centrally located in the heart of Annweiler, so that everything was within walking distance (Trifels Castle, Trifelsbad, organic shop, ice cream shop and much more)

Incredible host and beautiful place to stay

I have had a lovely 3mo stay in Stelzenberg with Verena. She has been an excellent host. Stelzenberg is a quaint village with lots of good hiking. It is a 15min drive from downtown Kaiserslautern. I have enjoy this stay so much that I have extended my stay by 4 months for the remainder of my work contract.

Jakob is a wonderful host and is now a friend. I would recommend this place and any of Jakob’s properties to anyone.

Was a great Basement Apartment for the price. Need a car to get around but all in all great value for the money.

I had a 2 month stay at Leonardo’s place while I was searching for an apartment. The place had everything I needed for a longer stay. Felt right at home and comfortable. Would recommend!

We loved staying here. It was too short. It was beautiful the surroundings but the house and decor too. It was definitely a place we loved. We hiked in the area. That was easy accessible. 3 generations of my family had a lovely long weekend away at this gem of a place. It's all the things you would expect from the photos - plus a trampoline in the back yard that the three year old adored and a huge range of books and toys that kept her occupied on the day it rained. Very highly recommended.

The stay with Klaus was very nice. My husband and I spent a week in the vacation home in June. Very nice accommodation in the Scandi style. Living room and kitchen in one room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a comfortable bed, nice sheets and two bedside tables. Individual cabinet with plenty of storage space. The seating area in front of the fireplace was replaced by a comfortable sofa, which we liked. Quiet. Beautiful kitchen,very well equipped! Pleasant light sources. Great bookshelf with hiking tips and novels. Everything was clean. Very warm area, so sometimes a little warm in the vacation home. However, compared to the Rhine plain, it is significantly cooler, more pleasant and there is often a wind. Beautiful outdoor area. Especially the beautiful wooden pavilion overlooking the Rhine plain was great. The dragonfly pond has become overgrown. Klaus and Barbara are very friendly, helpful and super prepared. They give you tips at any time. Restaurant Burrweiler Mühle and grocery store in the village are recommended.

A great holiday home for family or friends! Everything is as shown in the pictures and even better. The highlight was the large terrace with enough seating for everyone. The house was very, very clean, no wishes were left unfulfilled. Helga was very friendly and warm, had a lot of useful information about the area and always responded in the shortest possible time. On Whit Monday, she even left a basket of rolls in front of our door. We felt very comfortable and plan to come back.

Great place for families. There is an attic full of toys and a car port with several bikes for kids. Modern home that is spacious and comfortable. Super close to playground and grocery store. Host is fantastic!

My children and I had an amazing stay! We loved the area. It was very quiet and the neighbors were very welcoming and friendly as well as the owners home. They were very accommodating and the stores and everywhere I wanted to visit was nearby! Only thing that I did not enjoy was the steps but it was great exercise lol. I will definitely be returning!

We were there with 4 adults, 2 children and a dog - we all felt super comfortable. The furnishings in the house, the location directly on the stream and the (very suitable for hiking/biking/climbing) surroundings exceeded all expectations and wishes. We hope that the accommodation will continue to be rented out in the future, as we could well imagine going back.

The apartment is very nice and the location is very good. It is very easy to reach. In addition, the apartment was very clean and communication with the hosts was very good.

We had a great stay at Lisa's place. It was a very nice apartment and I'd say the only thing missing, for us, was a microwave for those times when we didn't feel like cooking. Other than that, the apartment had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed being able to do our laundry during our long stay (one month), and there were grocery stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again. The space was clean, spacious and well appointed. There's nothing missing. Check in instructions were great. The couch is a little small for two people for a cozy TV evening, but you could use Netflix freely, which is not the rule.

Everything was great! The attic apartment is a bit inconvenient if you are very tall, but the jacuzzi was great.

It was perfect for two people, pretty and clean house. There was also a binder with attractions around the place, very nice!

The appartment was perfect for my needs. Mattias brother checked me in, and was super helpful when i had questions. Im sure I'll be in touch next year when my diaghter has her soccer tournament again in the area.
