Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rancho Cordova

There aren’t enough words or enough space to say how amazing this Airbnb is and how perfect our stay was. We came for a very important event in our lives and needed a peaceful, quiet, private and comfortable house, ideally walkable and nearby shops. Oh boy how it delivered! Julie Ann and Homer were absolute perfect hosts, responsive and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place is a true sanctuary, just like the ad says, it’s beautiful, well decorated, clean, comfortable, so quiet and in the middle of nature. I know that they are also working on offering experiences which I think will work great with the place. We were so comfortable that we were sad to leave and go home! We had a 6 weeks stay and it was a great fit for long term, we could have stayed much longer. It would work well for a weekend stay as well, but be warned you will never want to leave! We had a great time at Jim’s place! Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, etc. Felt safe, cozy and clean. Jim was very responsive when we had questions and we had absolutely everything we needed. Parking nearby was convenient, only downside was the parking space was a little tight and definitely would be hard to fit a large car (SUV) but we were able to make it work with our small sedan.

Place was great. Suited our needs. Wanted to be near midtown and downtown Sacramento. Short walk to everything you could need or want to see. We had no issues with our stay. I would warn anyone who has/needs ada accommodations. Thankfully we didn’t have anyone in our party that needed that. It’s stairs up to the front door for either side of the dual property. And the freestanding tub is tall. I almost tripped myself because im so short. Not a huge deal at all though. Just be mindful of bringing elderly or anyone who struggles with mobility. Lovely space. Loved the location outside of the trains but that’s not likely escaped anywhere in downtown/midtown Sacramento. I would stay here again!

I stayed several months at Kelly’s home after my own house was damaged by a large walnut tree during a severe storm. Kelly herself was such a comfort to me during this time:warm, supportive and caring. She was always available to offer help if I needed it but also conscientious about respecting my privacy. Charm & Warmth was exactly what I needed to feel right at home with its big backyard, fun decor, comfortable furniture, all the necessary amenities and dependable wi-fi. I especially loved being in her neighborhood which was exceptionally quiet and conveniently located. Thank you for your hospitality, Kelly!

Loved staying at Ryan's for a quick trip. He provided clear instructions, had good food recos, and checked in to ensure everything was alright with the stay. Loved the amount of space available, the bathroom was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It nice to have onsite parking and it was a quick drive to other parts of the city. Would highly recommend staying here!

This pristine, roomy studio was a perfect home base for our adventures in Sacramento. We could walk to the Railroad Museum, Convention Center, bookstores, pubs, and restaurants. Centrally located, yet extremely quiet.

My father and I had a wonderful stay. The Airbnb was well decorated, extremely clean, and perfect for us. We were able to relax on the couch and outside in the backyard. The host was responsive and very kind-provided yummy snacks, sparkling water, coffee/tea, and fruits. Quiet location and close to everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Overall it was a great place to stay during our trip to Sacramento. Since it’s located downtown, most things are walkable and there are plenty of lime scooters nearby for longer distances. Mesha and Chris are also very responsive and helpful if you need anything. The place was clean and the area was beautiful. Only thing was occasionally we could hear the people upstairs, but it was nothing that wouldn’t stop me from booking here again. Friendly neighbors too. Met my expectations easily and I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to stay in Sacramento.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

Check in was easy and I appreciated the designated parking spot especially since street parking is taken up by local residents. The thermostat was not working when I arrived but Henry quickly resolved that issue by having an HVAC company come out the same day. I needed to extend my stay and Henry took the initiative to adjusted my stay which made it easy on my end to simply review and approve.

Honestly loved my stay here ! Quiet little street but also around the corner from everything! I would recommend staying here for sure . She couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, even extended my stay for me just to help me out with a later check out time. 5 star host

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

We stayed for just one night to celebrate my niece’s graduation, traveling from both the north and south ends of California to meet in Sacramento. This villa-like home was the perfect place to gather — much more comfortable and welcoming than a hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic — very close to downtown with convenient access to the freeway, yet peaceful and quiet thanks to soundproof windows. Parking was also easy, with one space available in the garage. The home itself is spotless and beautifully furnished with elegant décor. Despite the warm June weather, the air conditioning kept everything perfectly comfortable. The host was kind and very responsive, answering our questions quickly and helpfully. We’re so grateful for a lovely stay and would definitely return again! If you’re looking for a stylish, villa-like home that offers comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere — this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!
