The apartment is completely renovated and offers space for a relaxing break at any time of the year. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous opportunities for hiking or cycling and in summer the Hohenwarte reservoir invites you to swim. Various shopping facilities are in the village – including Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. The train station is 1.5 km from the house.

Vacation home in the heart of Ziegenrück, the "Pearl on the Thuringian Sea" We have lovingly renovated the house with ecological materials and given it back the old charm of 1904. Up to 12 people can now be accommodated on 200 m² on 3 floors. The rooms are airy, with historical details from many decades. The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, biking or canoeing.

The “Gute Stube”

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. In earlier years, the "good room" in this house belonged to the grandparents who lived and managed the farm here. Here, the first floor was extensively renovated and converted. The terracotta floor gives the apartment a warm and Mediterranean atmosphere. In the hallway, the historic tiles and the front door from 1876 have been preserved. The kitchen-living room has become a cozy meeting place.

The accommodation has solid basic amenities and is located in a small village on the edge of the forest. Here you can simply relax, go on great excursions into nature or to the Hohenwarte reservoir (Thuringian Sea), which is 1.2 km away on foot. Alte Bäckerei - Old Bakery Center Saalfed Design

When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. Vacation home in the countryside

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

Located just outside the village, I offer you a modern, newly furnished apartment with cozy living room/bedroom (double bed + 2x extra beds on sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave...) and a bright bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes into the nature reserve in the "Land of a Thousand Ponds." Also enjoy the idyllic view of the Thuringian Highlands.

I offer a vacation rental in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except salt, pepper and oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfeld can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. Opposite is another (1 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb. When booking the property for tourist activities, a tourist tax is due. The parking is monitored by cameras.
