On the banks of the Orne, the hamlet of Longueval, had many sailors who transported the stone extracted from the quarries of Caen to England and sand merchants, who recovered the sea sand at low tide for construction companies, on small barges towed by horses, circulating on the towpath bordering the shore.

Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
