With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. With a double bed, futon, and fold down couch our cottage sleeps 4-5 guests, making it the perfect retreat for couples or small families. Enjoy the natural beauty of the area and keep an eye out for the abundance of ducks, swans, and other wildlife. Use our kayaks (4 adult and 2 childrens) or canoe to explore the calm waters that lead to Torch Lake after a quick paddle or bike ride.

Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.
