The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

Great location, convenient to the parks, great restaurants, and shopping at the outlets. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. We particularly loved the adult only pool! The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! The host, Igor, was quick to respond, accommodating, and sincerely honest and genuine in communcation. He wants you to enjoy his place and that makes all the difference! We will do this again next year!

We stayed Thursday-Sunday and had a wonderful time. This Airbnb was probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. We arrived via train and walked from the station (20 minutes) to bnb and took an Uber on our way back. Both super swift and efficient. We used the LIME scooters mostly to get around (10-20 minutes ride to museums) and it was super convenient that we were able to park them right beside the bnb. The space was super airy, natural light, and felt very safe -with a code to get into the building and another to get into the apartment. We felt super welcomed by 4 waters in the fridge for us as well. A few cons that are not deal breaker but good to take note of -Lower water pressure -Noisy street (dogs, traffic, city noise) but a sound maker may drain a lot of that out -WiFi connectivity was hard for us (but we did not inquire about it either) -Noisy washer/dryer -but it works well and was so amazing to have!

Location and description was as advertised. Lots to do, so much that we were there a week and didn’t do everything. Every attraction on our list was within 20 minutes. Beautiful area and very quiet.

Outstanding owner who genuinely cares about the people who stay at her property I would recommend this property in this owner to anyone and business or a vacation this is been a wonderful experience much better than expected

Great location. Very quiet apartment despite the centric location. Could have used more towels, soap, and toilet paper. We would come back. Great for families traveling with children.

My family and I always have a great time in Richmond. What made it even better was staying at Johnathan’s property. The apartment was clean, close to everything and easy to access. I would highly recommend staying here.

The only issue I had was with the concierge when I first got there to drop off my bags. They were not very helpful. Other than that, the place was great. I will definitely stay there again. I have meetings in DC 3-4 times a year and staying here with a workmate is cheaper than a hotel and much roomier. Great place!

Worked out well for me. Responsive with in 30-60 minutes and they only confusing thing was in the check out instructions. They stated to leave the keys in the room but also had a sentences stating to leave the keys with the front desk. Not a big issue though.

Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable, and right down the street from the metro station. Martin is also very friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very affordable and a great place for anyone looking to stay in d.c.

We were lucky to find this place available. Just amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Close to everything you could need, or stay in and make your own meal. Even a rainy day couldn’t keep us down as we relaxed on the couch and listened to the rain. Thanks again.

Felt right at home in this stay! The check in process was easy and flexible when I had to check in late. John was helpful and responsive to anything that I needed. Clean, spacious, modern place to stay. Highly recommend

Perfect for 2 couples. It would have been better if they had a pod coffee maker, there were no markets to shop for ground coffee, the front desk had coffee for 2, weak coffee like the brewers in low end hotels. Also if they could offer to stock basic items such as bagels, cream cheese, or something. We traveled from the west coast and were tired and didn't know the area to shop. Its a great stocked kitchen but no where to shop. I would gladdly pay extra if they provided a simple list of quick food items that would be stocked when we arrived. Maybe a few beers or wine?
