Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

10 min from Lago di Braies

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

The apartment “Kruma - Waggile 1” is located in Olang in the famous Three Peaks region of the Dolomites. The name of the building “Kruma” means “general goods retailer” and it was a former meeting place for young and old people who came here to provide general goods. The studio apartment with a mountain view consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a sleeping area as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.

Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
