Very nice place and the owner has a superb coffee shop downstairs!

Me and my wife stayed here for a few days and found the place to be tidy, comfortable and Andrea & Michael even had breakfast food, drinks and a meal prepped just in case we needed it. Very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable. Kevin and Claudia always responded quickly. In the apartment there is everything you need. The equipment is very high quality. Düsseldorf is easily accessible in 25 minutes by car. The house is located in a quiet area, only the air traffic during the day is a bit unusual.

The place was great! The amenities were more than sufficient and with the local location you were within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and a variety of public transport. Vanessa as a host was always easy to reach, pleasant to deal with and flexible. Definitely recommend!

This is a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean with a great outside courtyard, perfect for that quiet cup of coffee or just to take in the surrounds. Close to public transport and about a 10 min leisurely walk into Ratingen town square. Kristina was the perfect host who went the extra mile to make you feel at home. Coffee pods were waiting to use in the coffee machine, little chocolates on your pillows and information on what to do in and around Ratingen. Highly recommend Kristina’s apartment and will definitely stay here again.

Great place, I love the plants and the sunshine pouring in through the balcony windows. The place is beautifully kept and Claudie and her husband are kind and attentive hosts. Thoroughly recommend, I’ll be booking it again when I return!

The apartment is perfect, large, practically furnished, well located for local transport. The only point is that you can notice the nearby airport, the flight path passes very close to the house. But between 10 pm and 6 am, it's quiet time!

We had a great stay at Tim's! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, cozy and perfect for our needs. Communication was straightforward and warm. Great apartment, spacious living-bedroom, large bathroom with the best shower cabin ever. Was there in June. Underfloor heating not on. Apartment completely tiled with small, clean carpets in the right places. Space for wardrobe, hangers in the cupboard and also additional small parts dividers, shoe closet spacious. Hook in the bathroom and towel rack, good lighting, exhaust system good. Battery floor vacuum on hand, good. All necessary cleaning utensils, rags, cleaning products, garbage bags. Everything plentiful and findable. Good bed good blackout. Bed pull has to be arranged with but ok. Good windows+views. Large TV available with Lan (but I did not test). Internet and wifi good. Plenty of seating available and dining table in front of kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, cups. SENSEO, toaster, microwave, kettle all in tiptop condition. I only missed an iron( now available) and a range hood. Kitchen good! 2 CERAMIC, fridge+freezer, sink+ dishwasher +utensils.

Great place to stay... any time again

We were in this apartment for the 2nd time and it was wonderful again. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail, absolutely comfortable and nice and cool despite the heat outside. We enjoyed the large roof terrace again, especially the peace and the birdsong. We did great bike tours every day, the area is ideal for it. A big thank you to Gabi, for the kindness and also for the welcome drinks in the fridge as well as for the flexibility at check-in and check-out! We will come back!

We were allowed to stay with 4 people at Roselie (2 adults/2Ki) which was absolutely great with 2 double rooms and 2 double beds. Large beds, plenty of space. Attic apartment well ventilated even in the warm temperature, it was very pleasant. Very nice and lovely hostess, we lacked nothing. Lovely apartment with charm. Centrally located, but quiet and good parking. We will be happy to come back :-)

I have absolutely nothing to complain about and have never seen such a lovingly furnished Air BnB with everything you need. As simple as it sounds, I thought it was great that things like salt and oil were there and you don't have to buy/bring it yourself:)

It is a very small, cozy apartment that is furnished very lovingly and not overloaded. The small kitchen offers everything you need and the bathroom is also great. Feels welcome right away. The apartment is equipped with all the technical details. All in all, a clear recommendation for other guests.

Studious but very pleasant stay in a really quiet, very clean, well-equipped house. Easy parking for car. The owners are very friendly and informed us about the open supermarkets in the area. We'll be back if possible.

The price was fully worth it - the accommodation is very well maintained and looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures - really the perfect time out for couples Maria is super sweet and mega accommodating :) Thank you very much for this great experience - we will definitely come back!

Heike and Mike are great hosts. We were very warmly welcomed and they were there to help and advise us. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

A nice place to stay in a quiet area. Very clean and the hosts were very accommodating! Unfortunately, the whirlpool could no longer be used after 10 pm (at least the "bubble function"), which was a bit annoying for us, as we were on the road all day and wanted to relax in the evening. It was also relatively "dark" in the accommodation itself, due to poor lighting. However, you can tell that the hosts have put a lot of effort and thought into the furnishings and design. A small "basic set" of drinks and snacks was also great. All in all, a nice and quiet place to stay.

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.
