Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A 5-minute walk away, a forest area with pond invites you to take a walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center are less than a km away. A bus stop with connections to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. It is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building (3 steps to the hallway, otherwise everything is on the ground floor), the upper floors of which are privately inhabited.
