The appt. on the 1st floor is accessible via an external staircase. Not accessible. 45m² on 2 levels - the living room with cozy seating area, kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 hotplates and mini oven, kettle. One large bedroom with double bed and possibility to set up a cot or folding bed. The loft bed above the living room is the favorite place for children from about 4 years. Washing machine in bathroom 2024 minimum stay 1 week

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Alpen Adria Universität Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, der Wörthersee. Mobilität ist vielfältig möglich, der Fahrradweg führt an der Wohnung vorbei. Gastronomie, Bäckerei, Apotheke... ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde gerade restauriert und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Sie wartet auf Sie!

Vacation apartment 1 at the lido

This apartment is located very diagonally opposite the beach. From the private terrace you have only a few meters to a public lake access, see photo. Furthermore, you can walk to the supermarket, cafe and restaurants. A vacation completely without a car is possible. Newly added is an approx. 12 m² large room, a kind of conservatory, which makes the apartment more spacious and possibly also offers space for a third person.
