The situation of the home is idyllic, and is perfect for a complete relaxing holiday, or just to unwind at the end of a long day enjoying many of the great attractions of Istria. Villa is within 30 minutes drive of the most popular tourist attractions(Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, Motovun). Nearest airiport is in Pula, about 40 km away. Villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, and is equipped for comfortable stay for 6 guests.

We designed and decorated it with a lot of passion, care, love and attention to detail, that makes it a truly dream home, opened for rent in June 2016. It is a fully detached Villa with living area of 400 m2, with a large private pool of 50 m2 and a beautiful garden of 1,500 m2 with roses, olive trees, palm trees and many plants. It is a perfect home for a memorable and relaxing family vacation.

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

For rent is a new and modern apartment in Vinkuran (Pula - 4 km) for 4-5 persons on the ground floor, divided into two bedrooms (1 x double bed and 2 x single beds), a bathroom with shower, additional toilet and kitchen-living room which offers additional sleeping possibility on sofa for the fifth person. All rooms are air-conditioned and have TV. In the outside area for private use is pool, outdoor shower, large barbecue, sun loungers, cozy terrace and outdoor kitchen

One bathroom/toilet and one extra toilet. Barbecue,free Wifi,dishwasher... Villa has 4 more apartments so the other guests use the swimming pool as well (open from 8 am until 8 pm).
