We try our best to be allergen free! The home is located 1 block from the quaint downtown and just steps away from Wabash Park and the Wabash Cannonball trailhead. West Unity is right along the Ohio Turnpike between exit 13 and 25. There are many adventures awaiting locally and even more within an hour's drive.

This is a Lake house on Berry Lake. Enjoy the lake sitting on the porch enjoy your drink of choice while watching the ducks and swans swim across the lake. Bring your fishing poles and fish from the dock. You can launch your canoe or kayaks from the community beach area just a short distance from the house. We are close to Hillsdale College, antique shops, other lakes, and Amish stores. Our home is fully stocked with bedding, towels, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, as well as internet.

There are no wake hours before 11am and after 7:30pm, this is a great time to explore all of the nature and serenity the lake has to offer. The fishing is abundant including walleye, large mouth bass, pike, crappie and blue gills to name a few. 2 kayaks and a paddle boat are included with rental. Pontoon is available upon request.

The hot tub accommodates 6 people. The sunroom has beautiful views as well as a couple of beds that can be used if the weather is nice. There is nothing better than falling asleep to lake sounds and a pleasant breeze! Please no college partyers.
