Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

On the Hidaard mound, you stay in the stylish front house of our old farmhouse, with its own entrance and facilities. Our house features a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. If you book for 2 people, you will get the lower floor, i.e. the kitchen and 1 bedroom. If you want to use 2 bedrooms, you must book for at least 3 people. Our cottage is just below the smoke of Sneek, in the hamlet of Loënga. An excellent place from which you can take a wonderful bike ride through the countryside and along the various villages of Sudwest Fryslân. If you love city life, next to Sneek, Leeuwarden is a 20-minute drive away. On warm days, it is wonderful to relax on or by the Sneekermeer, but the beach of Harlingen or Makkum is also recommended.
