Wir bieten eine weitere kleine Wohnung (ca.50qm) für max. 4 Personen im 1. OG unseres ruhigen Zweifamilienhaus am Rande von Recklinghausen an. Die Treppe hinauf ist etwas steil, es gibt beidseitig einen Handlauf. Wir wohnen in einer ruhigen Siedlung , umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten in der City. Die Anbindung zur A2 und A43 ist optimal. Bushaltestellen und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe . Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen in die Natur ein.

Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen wie Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Kaffee-Maschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung eignet sich für max. 2 Erwachsene mit max. 2 Kindern.
