Wir bieten eine kleine Wohnung (ca.50qm) für max. 3 Personen im 1. OG unseres ruhigen Zweifamilienhaus am Rande von Recklinghausen an. Die Treppe hinauf ist etwas steil, es gibt aber beidseitig einen Handlauf. Wir wohnen in einer ruhigen Siedlung , umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten in der City. Die Anbindung zur A2 und A43 ist optimal. Bushaltestellen u. Discounter sind ebenfalls in der Nähe . Kein Treffpunkt für Zweisamkeit !!Keine Besucher!! Keine Party!!

The Ruhrfestspielhaus is just a few steps from the property. The city center of Recklinghausen can also be reached within 10 minutes' walk. The view guarantees a beautiful view of the countryside in both directions. On one side is the city garden and on the other side old, enchanted gardens.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!
